‘Hind Kesari Vishal Kushti Dungal’ was organized in the memory of Dara Singh

‘Hind Kesari Vishal Kushti Dungal’ was organised in memory of the late Dara Singh (Rustam e Hind). Known wrestlers from around the country participated in the event. Satish Pahalwan won the Alto Car and Haryana’s Sumer Pahalwan won the Motor Bike and Cash Prize of  Rs. 51,000/-. Dara Singh’s son and actor Vindu Dara Singh presented the trophies. “Youth should stay away from drugs and should involve themselves in wrestling or any other sports for our country,’ was Vindu’s message during the event.

 

Present on the occasion were Som Pandit, Jodhaa Pahalwan, Jaipal, Vindu Dara Singh, Kaali Raman, Jasbir Chahal, Shobha Pahalwan, Sikander Pahalwan, Deputy Mayor RD Sharma, Puppy Parashar, Kala Navkar, Gurdeep Singh, Nitu, Gurdeep Gosha, Arora Mittal etc.
