Mathura, June 9, 2025: The Karma Dharma Welfare Foundation has been honored with the Bharat Gaurav Samman in recognition of its impactful work in the field of social service across Mathura and surrounding regions. This award highlights the foundation’s commitment to transparency, community upliftment, and sustainable social change.
The foundation has actively worked in key sectors such as healthcare, women empowerment, education, environmental protection, cow welfare, and distribution of food and essentials to underprivileged communities. Thousands have benefited from its free health camps, medicine distribution, menstrual hygiene awareness drives, tree plantation, and school supply programs.
Its cow welfare initiative—”Kachra Nahin, Chara Khayein Shri Krishna ki Gaumata”—has been pivotal in saving stray cows from consuming garbage in the streets. This initiative has seen strong support from dedicated volunteers, especially Gau Sevak Commando Mukul Chauhan, whose efforts have been widely appreciated.
Under the leadership of Founder & Director Lalit Saini, the foundation has secured critical certifications like 12A, 80G, MSME registration, NITI Aayog registration, CSR-1, and is listed on the E-Anudaan Portal, enabling it to receive CSR funds and government support.
The award also recognizes the efforts of the core team: President Smt. Pooja, Vice-President Jaipal Singh Chaudhary, and volunteers including Ankit Khandelwal, Nand Kishore, Mithlesh Kumar, Subhash Chandra, Ashish Gupta (Unnao), Parth Paul (Tripura), and Gau Sevak Commando Mukul Chauhan.

Located near the Airforce Bal Bharati School, the gallery offers a spacious and vibrant environment for the display of such significant works of art. This exhibition showcases a diverse range of art forms by all 35 participating artists. It features landscapes such as Ganga Ghat, abstract works, sculptures, Landscapes, abstracts, monuments, religious, Indian culture and other modern art styles. International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on the 8th of March every year around the world. It is a focal point in the movement for women’s rights. After women gained suffrage in Soviet Russia in 1917, March 8 was predominantly celebrated by the socialist movement and communist countries until it was adopted by the feminist movement in about 1967. The United Nations began celebrating the day in 1977.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day on 8th March, 2025, the Progressive Foundation of Human Rights (PFHR) organised a National Convention on the theme of the International Day – “For ALL women and girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment” at Hotel Citizen, Juhu, Mumbai, wherein renowned personalities of the country and representatives from 28 states participated. This National Convention is being organised by Progressive Foundation of Human Rights for the last 19 years.
“Let us celebrate the birth of the girl child. We should be equally proud of our daughters. I urge you to sow five plants when your daughter is born to celebrate the occasion,” said honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji. Women are underprivileged in different ways in different societies. The causes of suppression of women — social, economic and political — are deep within not only Indian culture, but many cultures throughout the world. Violations of human rights of women have varied manifestations.
The majority of crimes against women under the Indian penal code were cruelty by husband or his relatives (31.4 per cent) followed by kidnapping and abduction of women (19.2 per cent), assault on women with intent to outrage her modesty (18.7per cent) ,and rape (7.1per cent),the NCRB stated. It is high time that the society at large wake up and understand that it can’t survive without respecting women and no society can be called a civilised society if it disrespects the womenfolk.
The program was presided over by President of Progressive Foundation of Human Rights and Actor Shri Rakesh Pandey.
PFHR is registered with NITI AAYOG & Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India and has organised numerous Seminars, Conventions and Conferences on all the occasions concerning the society at large in all States and UT’s ever since its inception in 2006. The grand event of ‘Pumbuch’, the cultural, art, architecture and food festival of Mumbai, is being organized this year at Infinity Mall in Malad suburb of Mumbai. Anuradha Paudwal sang many songs of Lata Mangeshkar like Ajib Dastaan Hai Yeh, Yeh Sama Hai Yeh Pyaar Ka in this spectacular program.
Mika Singh while talking to the media told that legends never die, they are always alive in our hearts. Lata didi was also one such legend, to present her tribute, this wonderful program was organized in which Sonu Bhai (Sonu Nigam) was also present and many more people came. Lata Mangeshkar was a university of singing, a sea, it is very difficult to sing her songs. I sang one of her songs on stage here “Bahon mein chale aao”.
Sonu Nigam’s father Agam Kumar Nigam also sang many songs of Lata Mangeshkar here.
Noted music composer Dilip Sen said that I was fortunate to have worked with Didi in two films, Aaina and Yeh Dillagi.

People’s love for her is that many stalwarts of the music industry came to this program organized in her memory. कोलकाता : गोवा के बाद एक बार फिर कोलकाता में विकनेक्टस्टार इवेंट्स एंड एंटरटेनमेंट ने अपना परचम लहरा दिया। कोलकाता के होटल हॉलिडे इन में ग्लोबल फेम अवार्ड 2021 का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवॉर्ड शो में डॉ श्रीदेव शास्त्री मुख्य अतिथि के रुप में उपस्थित रहे ।
साथ ही इस अवॉर्ड शो को चार चांद तब लग गए जब बिपाशा बासु ने इस कार्यक्रम में शिरकत की। बॉलीवुड अभिनेत्री बिपाशा बासु मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में यहां उपस्थित हुई और उन्होंने अपने हाथों से 70 से अधिक अवॉर्डी को सम्मानित किया। इस अवॉर्ड शो में उन सभी को सम्मानित करने का प्रयास किया गया जिन्होंने अपने अपने क्षेत्र में कम समय में अपनी पहचान बनाई है ।
