भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत के लिए यह साल एक और सौगात ले कर आया है । पिछले साल बॉलीवुड की देसी गर्ल प्रियंका चोपड़ा ने भोजपुरी फिल्म निर्माण के क्षेत्र में कदम रखा था और अब बॉलीवुड और टीवी जगत की बहुचर्चित अदाकारा उपासना सिंह ने भोजपुरी फिल्म निर्माण के क्षेत्र ने कदम रख दिया है । बतौर निर्मात्री उनकी पहली भोजपुरी फिल्म के निर्माण की घोषणा कर दी गई है । अविका ग्रुप ( आनंद बिहारी यादव ) द्वारा प्रस्तुत की जा रही इस फिल्म का निर्माण संतोष क्रियेशन्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के बैनर तले किया जा रहा है और उपासना सिंह के साथ इस फिल्म के निर्माण में अविका ग्रुप के चेयरमैन आनंद बिहारी यादव भी जुड़े हैं । फिल्म के निर्देशन की बागडोर संभाली है शम्मी तिवारी ने जबकि लेखक हैं वीरू ठाकुर ।
फिल्म में भोजपुरिया गायकी के सिरमौर व सुपर स्टार पवन सिंह के साथ अक्षरा सिंह हैं जबकि राजू सिंह माही का खरतनाक अंदाज़ और संगीता तिवारी की अदा इस फिल्म का विशेष आकर्षण होगा । फिल्म के फर्स्ट लुक जल्द ही जारी कर दिया जाएगा । उपासना सिंह ने बताया कि उनकी पहली फिल्म एक्शन पैक फिल्म होगी और कई दृश्यों और संसाधनों से भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत पहली बार रूबरू होगा । उन्होंने बताया कि उन्होंने भोजपुरी की हालिया कई फिल्मों को देखने के बाद मुख्य भूमिका के लिए पवन सिंह का चयन किया क्योंकि कहानी की मांग के साथ साथ दर्शक भी इस फिल्म में पवन सिंह को ही देखना पसंद करेंगे । उन्होंने आगे बताया कि इस फिल्म में हेलीकॉप्टर के साथ साथ चार्टर्ड प्लेन के भी कई दृश्य होंगे जिनका फिल्मांकन बड़े कैनवास पर किया जाएगा ।

Producer-director Rakesh Sawant is all set for releasing the Tamil and Telugu versions of tri-lingual film Jaya Films and Musics’ AMAVASYA in February last week all over. The Hindi version of the film will be released in March-April. The film is co-produced by Siddharth Singhmar and Bhupender Singh Tomar of Dharam Productions. The Tamil version has already been passed by the censors with an A certificate while the censor certificate for Telugu version will be given today ( 27th January and Rakesh is in Hyderabad to collect the certificate) and Hindi version will be applied shortly.

Mumbai: The grand and spectacular 33rd annual day festival celebration of Film Studios Setting and Allied Mazdoor Union was held on the Republic Day, 26th January 2017 at Chitrakoot Grounds, Andheri (West),Mumbai.The extravagant festival was successfully organized by the dashing BJP MLA and Chairman Ram Kadam of one of the biggest labour union of the entertainment industry in Asia with General Secretary Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.a Sanju and other office bearers and staff.The programme began with the announcement of free medical camp for all its union members which was followed by musical bout. After the musical orchestra session, all the dignitaries and honorable guests present lit the traditional lamp. Thereafter the National Anthem was rendered by one and all present at the venue showing solidarity.Then a moment of silence was maintained in a tribute, respect and condolences to all those members who have left for heavenly abode.
The Union’s General Secretary Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.a. Sanju welcoming all the respected guests, honoured them by presenting bouquets, shawl and memento which included Legendary Singer Udit Narayan,Veteran actor Raza Murad, IMPPA’s President & Program President T.P. Then he spoke about all the achievements made by them so far. Adding further in their new norms of resolution, he said that henceforth no labour will be made to work for 12 hours and it will be stopped. Every studio should be equipped with an ambulance. The wages of every worker should be paid by the production houses on every 10th of every month. Speaking further, Shrivastav said, “There are some deceitful elements who are trying to destroy the harmony of union affairs. It does not make a difference to me. I intend to work in the interests of all my members and union. We will always stand by them whenever and wherever required for giving them justice.”
After a series of short speeches, MLA and Chairman of the Union, Ram Kadam, inaugurated, a new ambulance for the benefit of its members. He also released a souvenir covering the last years’ event. Addressing at the function, the dashing Chairman Ram Kadam articulated that the Union is to do good and fight for the rights of its members by hook or crook. Kadam further aggressively voiced without naming anyone, “There are unscrupulous and crooked dogs who like to roar but it does not affect a tiger and nor is afraid of them. I do not have the desired height, but my dashing nature is executing the work quickly, especially when it comes to the needs of my poor worker brothers.”
