Chaahat is skilled in music mixing, playlist creation, DJ machine handling, and mastering. She is proficient in playing various genres such as Bollytech, techno, Punjabi, and Bollywood. To create one perfect track, she often has to listen to thousands of songs — analyzing, arranging, and presenting them in a musical flow. It usually takes 3–4 hours of preparation before a single performance. When Vidhu Ishiqa was crowned Mrs Earth International 2025 in Orlando, Florida, it wasn’t just her powerful walk or eloquent answers that stole the spotlight — it was also her unforgettable national costume, a true homage to Mother Earth that turned heads and touched hearts.
At the grand stage of Mrs Earth International 2025, Vidhu Ishiqa didn’t just walk in a costume — she walked in a story. Representing the power and serenity of Mother Earth, her jungle-themed national costume was a true celebration of nature, sustainability, and sisterhood.
What made the costume even more special was its origin — it was entirely handmade at home, with no big designers involved. Vidhu, along with her close-knit group of girlfriends, spent over six weeks putting it together. Every flower was hand-placed, every fitting was done at home, and every detail was the result of deep thought and collaboration. Her dear friend Shweta played a major role in bringing the vision to life, helping with fittings and the intricate floral arrangements.
The costume, predominantly green, was designed to reflect nature in its purest form. From the upcycled corset to the handcrafted cape, every element was rooted in sustainability. A striking snake headpiece symbolized the fierce and untamed side of nature, while floral elements like petunias (South Africa’s national flower) and the lotus (India’s national flower) were included to honour both countries close to Vidhu’s heart.
“It was important for me to represent both India and South Africa. These two lands have shaped who I am,” Vidhu shared during an interaction. The symbolism was rich and meaningful, and the result was breathtaking. Judges and audiences alike were stunned by the visual impact and the originality of the look.
Beyond aesthetics, the costume carried a deeper message. “A queen is never made alone,” Vidhu says. “This dress is proof that you need a big dream and the right people around you to shine.”
