Yes. I have appeared in the play ADRAK KE PANJE which had a world record of running for more than 20 years.I have also acted in many more films earlier viz.GUARDIANS which had released two years ago.Then I played the male lead in Bhojpuri super hit film KAHE GAYE PARDES PIYA. In this film I played a cop whose name was Ansh. In the true sense of Indian culture and family traditions, this film was well reeived in Bihar and UP where crores of people have watched this film. I have also taken part in music videos such as AMMANEH and SHARMILI NAZAR.Then I have acted in one more film BELAGAAM in a negative role and got lots of critical acclaim . Even the audiences loved me in tbis role which was very intense and satisfied me very much as there were lots of shades in the character.
You even won an award for your performance in YE JEEVAN HAI . Comments.
This was another gripping film with a social message. I won the Best Actor Award from the RK International Awards in Mumbai and I played the hero in this film. All my costars Divyaa,Anjali Rana,Nabonita,Ehsan Khan,Ali Asgar and Pappu Polister.The film was based on fashion industry and HIV patient.Alongside, I was also honoured by Reliance Awards for a Reality Show ‘Mele Ka Big Star. I have also taken part in many shows for Reliance Big Magic. Then I acted in the comedy series JAI MEIN HAIN ZINDAGI with my friend actors Pappu Polister and Deepraj Rana. Ali Asgar who comes in Comedy Shows with Kapil Sharma acted in this comedy show. The shooting was really fun and a new experience for me and the show was a huge success on National TV.
What is your role in ISHQ SAMUNDAR ?
I am playing the role of a very talented music coach who adores his wife and is very passionate towards his career. He is a man of upright character but then encounters an attractive young woman who falls for him. What happens later makes an interesting twist in the film which is full of suspense and director Anwar Ali has done a fantastic job as the director.Producer Ashok Shrivastava has also given full cooperation to the whole film and it was fun to shoot the scenes in Allahabad and Mumbai locales. We are having the premiere show of the film on 9th September in Allahabad.The film also costars Tanishq Tiwari,Divyaa in female leads alongwith Pramod Moutho,Ehsan Khan,Raju Shreshta,Tinaa Ghaai,Lilliput Fauuqui,K.K.Goswami and veteran dance master Saroj Khan. The fim is a musical, triangular love story spiced with an abundance of suspense and it is a different family social.

जो इसके लेखक भी हैं और हरियाणा के रहनेवाले है। सीनियर सेकंडरी स्कूल, मातनहेल से स्कूल, जाट कॉलेज, रोहतक से ग्रेजुएशन और एम डी यूनिवर्सिटी, रोहतक से पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन किया है। उसके बाद दिल्ली में और मुंबई में काफी समय थिएटर, फिल्म,टीवी, विज्ञापन फिल्म में लेखन और निर्देशन किया। और कई बार अपने गोल को अचीव करने के लिए और सर्वाइवल के लिए घोस्ट राइटिंग और निर्देशन भी टीवी और फिल्मों का करना पड़ा। आखिरकार उनकी मेहनत रंग लाई और अब जाकर बतौर फिल्म निर्देशक उनकी पहली रोमांटिक कॉमेडी फिल्म,’लव के फंडे’ १५ जुलाई २०१६ को रिलीज़ होने जा रही है। वे हरियाणा के रहनेवाले है,जहाँ के लोग हाज़िर जवाबी के लिए मशहूर है और काफी संघर्ष के बाद यह फिल्म बनाई है। इसलिए आप उनसे उम्मीद कर सकते है कि इस फिल्म में कॉमेडी पंच,टाइमिंग और सबकुछ काफी बहुत ही उम्दा होगा।इसी सिलसिले में लेखक-निर्देशक इन्द्रवेश योगी से की गई भेटवार्ता के प्रमुख अंश प्रस्तुत कर रहे है :-
योगीजी,पहले आप बताएँ कि फिल्म लाइन में कैसे आना हुआ और यहाँ तक के सफर में क्या क्या तकलीफे हुई ?
हरियाणा में जब मैं स्कूल जाता था,तो लोगों को दुकानों में बैठे देखता या कुछ और काम करते देखता था और सोचता था कि ये लोगों की जिंदगी में इंट्रेस्टिंग क्या है? सुबह दूकान खोलते है,शाम को दूकान बंद करके चले जाते है। सिर्फ रोज़ी रोटी के जुगाड़ में जिंदगी पूरी हो जाती है। और जब कॉलेज में आया तो कॉलेज में काफी नाटक लिखे, एक्टिंग किया और निर्देशन किया और लोगों की तालियों ने एक लक्ष्य दे दिया कि फिल्म लाइन में आना था। उसके लिए दिल्ली गया, दिल्ली में बहुत सारी दुकाने खुली हैं, जोकि ऑडिशन के नाम पर लोगों से पैसे लेती हैं और लोगों के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ करती है। उस प्रोसेस ने काफी निराश किया,बाद दिल्ली में थिएटर, फिल्म, टीवी, विज्ञापन के लिए लेखन और निर्देशन किया लेकिन मुझे लगा कि जो मुकाम मैं पाना चाहता हूँ या जो मेरे सपने है,उसके लिए दिल्ली सही जगह नहीं है और मैं अपना बना बनाया बिज़नेस या काम छोड़कर मुंबई आकर फिरसे जीरो से सुरु करने का एक बड़ा कदम उठाया। यहाँ आकर काफी मेहनत की और अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए और सर्वाइवल के लिए घोस्ट राइटिंग और निर्देशन भी (टीवी और फिल्मों) का करना पड़ा। बादशाह में फिल्म के निर्माता फ़ाएज़ अनवार से मुलाक़ात हुई और ‘फिल्म,’लव के फंडे’ मिले और अब यह रिलीज़ होने जा रही है।
फिल्म,’लव के फंडे’ के बारे में बताये, यह कैसी फिल्म है और इसके कहानी क्या है ?
यह एक रोमांटिक कॉमेडी फिल्म है। यह आज के यूथ की कहानी है।यह मेट्रो सिटी के हर तीसरे व्यक्ति के साथ घटी कहानी है, सच कहूं तो यह कहानी नहीं लोगों की रियल लाइफ है । आज का यूथ जिसे प्यार कहता है, सही मायने में तो उसे ना प्यार पता है, ना रिलेशन पता है। उनके हिसाब से प्यार के मायने ही कुछ और है।पहले लैला मजनू , हीर राँझा का प्यार होता था, जो एक दूसरे के लिए मर गए लेकिन आजकल तो लोग ब्रेकअप पार्टी भी करते है। यह आज के यूथ की जिंदगी का आईना है। हर युवा को लगेगा कि उनके जीवन की कहानी या कोई इंसीडेंट को परदे पर दिखाया जा रहा है।
फिल्म में नए लोगों को लेने का क्या कारण है और फिल्म की हाईलाइट क्या है ?
यह यूथ की कहानी है। हमें नए और फ्रेश लोग चाहिए थे, जिनकी कोई इमेज ना बनी हो। नए लोग ज्यादा जोश के साथ काफी मेहनत करते है और काम में अपना सौ प्रतिशत डालते है। मैं ऐसा नहीं कहूंगा कि यह फिल्म हट के है या काफी डिफरेंट है। यह युवा पीढ़ी के रियल लाइफ है। जो परदे पर दिखाया गया है। जो लोगों को पसंद आएगा। इस फिल्म का गीत, संगीत, फिल्म के लोकेशन, फिल्मांकन सब कुछ बहुत अच्छा है। हर फिल्म का निर्माता और निर्देशक अपने हिसाब से सुपर हिट फिल्म ही बनाता है, बस ये समझो हमने भी बनाई है। लेकिन फिल्म कैसी है? कितनी अच्छी है? इसमें क्या क्या अच्छा है यह दर्शक फ्राइडे के पहले शो में ही बता देते है। अब दर्शक की बातायेंगे, कैसी फिल्म है ?
जैसे कि आपने बताया था कि आपने कई टीवी सीरियल और फिल्मों के लिए घोस्ट राइटिंग और निर्देशन भी किया था। क्या उन सीरियल और फिल्मों का नाम बताएँगे ?
सर्वाइवल के लिए घोस्ट राइटिंग,निर्देशन भी टीवी और फिल्मों लिए किया था,घोस्ट का मतलब ही होता है जो दिखे ना। यह एक ऐसा प्रोसेस है, जिससे फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के ज्यादातर लोगों को गुजरना पड़ता है। यह सबको पता है। इसके लिए हमारी सभी फिल्म यूनियन को कुछ करना चाहिए। किसी का नाम लेना अच्छा नहीं है। हमने काम किया और पैसा लिए, नाम नहीं मिला। यह हम जैसों की मज़बूरी होती है और वे हमपर बन्दुक रखकर तो काम नहीं कराते है। नए लोग अपने वज़ूद को बनाये रखने के लिए और सर्वाइवल के लिए करते है।
क्या आप फिल्म के साथ साथ धारावाहिकों का भी निर्देशन करेंगे?
काम कोई भी छोटा बड़ा नहीं होता है। आज काफी लोग टीवी और फिल्म दोनो में बराबर और अच्छा काम कर रहे है। कहानी, स्क्रिप्ट और बाकी टीम अच्छी हो तो उसमे काम करने में मज़ा आता है। मैं हमेशा कुछ अलग और नया करना चाहता हूँ। अच्छी ऑफर मिले तो मैं जरूर धारावाहिकों का भी निर्देशन करूँगा।
भविष्य की क्या योजना है ?
अभी दो – तीनो फिल्मों की कहानी पर काम कर रहा हूँ,जल्दी फ्लोर पर जाएंगी। जीवन में अच्छा काम करना चाहता हूँ, जिससे लोग मुझे एक टैलेंटेड निर्देशक के तौर पर याद रक्खे। बाकी योजनाएं काफी बड़ी हैं लेकिन मुनासिब वक़्त आने पर बताऊंगा। अभी छोटा मुंह बड़ी बात होगी।
मुंबई. निशांत कुमार अपकमिंग फिल्म ‘यह है जजमेंट हैंग्ड टिल डेथ’ के जरिए बॉलीवुड में डेब्यू करने जा रहे हैं। याकूब मेनन की लाइफ से इंस्पायर इस फिल्म में अपने कैरेक्टर को वह बेहद चैलेंजिंग बता रहे हैं। वह बॉलीवुड में अपनी अलग छाप छोड़ना चाहते हैं। फिल्म और कैरेक्टर से जुड़े सवाल निशांत कुमार से।
बॉलीवुड में ऑफ बीट फिल्मों के जरिए डेब्यू करने का चांस बहुत कम एक्टर्स को ही मिलता है। हालांकि ऐसी फिल्मों में काम करना चैलेंजिंग होता है लेकिन इसमें उन्हें अपने एक्टिंग टैलेंट को दिखाने का भरपूर मौका मिलता है। कुछ ऐसी ही सोच और हीरो के बजाय एक्टर के रूप में अपनी छाप छोड़ने की ख्वाहिश लेकर निशांत कुमार ‘यह है जजमेंट हैंग्ड टिल डेथ’से बॉलीवुड में डेब्यू करने को तैयार हैं। याकूब मेमन की लाइफ से इंस्पायर इस फिल्म में निशांत लीड रोल में हैं। फिल्म से जुड़ी बातचीत निशांत कुमार से।
आप थोड़ा अपने बारे में बताएं?
मैं बिहार की राजधानी पटना से हूं। बचपन से ही फिल्मों का शौक रहा है। मेरे पिता जी प्रमोद शर्मा पिछले 25 वर्षों से पटना में ही हिंदी फिल्मों के डिस्ट्रिब्यूटर रहे हैं। पटना से ही मैंने पढ़ाई की। बाद में यूपी के नोएडा से मैंने मास कम्युनिकेशन में ग्रेजुएशन किया। फिर एक साल का डिप्लोमा कोर्स सिनेमा में किया। उसी दौरान मेरे भीतर एक्टिंग का जुनून सवार हो गया। कुछ वर्ष दिल्ली में थिएटर से जुड़ा रहा।
यह फिल्म आपको कैसे मिली?
दरअसल, एक्टिंग के जुनून के चलते मैंने 2011 में मायानगरी मुंबई का रुख किया। यहां मैंने अनुपम खेर के एक्टिंग इंस्टिट्यूट से एक्टिंग की बारीकियां सीखीं। उसके बाद मैंने ऑडिशन देना शुरू किया। प्रोड्यूसर्स और डायरेक्टर्स से मिलने लगा। कई लोगों से मुलाकात हुई, लेकिन काम नहीं मिल रहा था। कई बार निराशा भी घेर लेती थी, लेकिन हौसला नहीं छोड़ा। फिर एक ऑडिशन के दौरान ही डायरेक्टर मन कुमार से मुलाकात हुई और उन्होंने मुझे यह फिल्म ऑफर कर दी।
‘यह है जजमेंट हैंग्ड टिल डेथ’ किस तरह की फिल्म है?
यह पूरी तरह से एक फिक्शनल स्टोरी है, लेकिन डायरेक्टर-राइटर मन कुमार ने याकूब मेमन की लाइफ से इंस्पायर होकर इसकी स्क्रिप्ट लिखी है। मैं यह नहीं कह सकता कि यह फिल्म याकूब मेमन की बायोपिक है, जिसे 1993 के मुंबई ब्लास्ट केस में फंसी दे दी गई थी।
फिल्म में क्या आप के कैरेक्टर का नाम भी याकूब ही है?
नहीं। जैसा मैंने कहा कि यह एक फिक्शनल कैरेक्टर है। फिल्म में मेरे कैरेक्टर का नाम अशरफ है। मुझे फिल्म के डायरेक्टर ने इसका नैरेशन बखूबी दिया था। फिर स्क्रिप्ट इतनी गहराई से लिखी हुई थी कि मुझे कैरेक्टर समझने और उसे पेश करने में बड़ी आसानी रही।
अपने कैरेक्टर के लिए आपको किस तरह की तैयारियां करनी पड़ीं?
मैंने याकूब मेमन पर काफी रिसर्च की। गूगल से मुझे याकूब के बारे में काफी जानकारी मिली। यू-ट्यूब पर उसके कुछ वीडियोज देखे। उसकी बॉडी लैंग्वेज और बातचीत करने के तरीके को सही से समझा। फिर कुछ दिनों तक मैंने इसकी खूब प्रैक्टिस भी की। फिल्म में अशरफ की पूरी लाइफ जर्नी दिखाई गई है। उसकी कॉलेज लाइफ से लेकर जेल जाने तक और फिर फांसी होने तक के सफर को कैप्चर किया है। पहले मैं कॉलेज ब्वॉय बना हूं, इसके बाद बिजनेसमैन के रूप में नजर आऊंगा, फिर मैं कैदी के रूप में दिखाई दूंगा। कुल मिलाकर मेरे लिए डेब्यू फिल्म और मेरा कैरेक्टर बेहद चैलेंजिंग रहे। मैं अपने डायरेक्टर का शुक्रिया अदा करना चाहूंगा कि उन्होंने मुझे ऐसा टफ कैरेक्टर प्ले करने में मेरी बेहद मदद की।
फिल्म में आपके को-स्टार्स कौन हैं?
फिल्म में नीतू वाधवा मेरी को-स्टार हैं। उन्होंने मेरी वाइफ रुखसार का कैरेक्टर प्ले किया है। इसके अलावा फिल्म में अमित सिंह, अमरजीत शाह, दीपक आनंद, करण अहुजा, गुलशन तुशीर, प्राजक्ता शिंदे और प्रकाश कुकड़े भी हैं।
बॉलीवुड में खुद के लिए क्या पॉसिबिलिटीज देखते हैं?
मैं बॉलीवुड में अपनी एक अलग पहचान कायम करना चाहता हूं। मेरा मानना है कि हीरो तो कोई भी बन सकता है, लेकिन एक्टर बनना सबके बस की बात नहीं है। मैं बतौर एक्टर बेहतरीन छाप छोड़ना चाहता हूं। सिल्वर स्क्रीन पर हीरो तो कुछ लम्हो के लिए ही नजर आता है, लेकिन एक्टर को दर्शक लंबे अरसे तक याद रखते हैं। मैं ऐसी फिल्में और ऐसे ही कैरेक्टर प्ले करना चाहूंगा, जिन्हें लोग वर्षों याद रखें।
Today most of the actresses in the film industry are more than ready to dare and bare their skin in films and what’s more they also end up as successful and sought after stars but unable to last forever. But there are several actresses who have come to the industry and also left an indelible niche for themselves, especially classical dancers like Madhubala, Waheeda Rehman, Vyjayanthimala, Hema Malini, Rekha, Sridevi , Madhuri Dixit, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan etc . Samiksha Bhatnagar, who hails from Dehradun is one such actress who is making her debut as lead role with FRV Big Business Entertainment Private Limited’s romcom Love Ke Funday, produced by Faaiz Anwar and Prem Prakash Gupta and written and directed by Indervesh Yogee.
Samiksha has done her PhD in Kathak from Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad (U.P) and has acted in TV serials like Veera, Ados Pados, Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re etc besides doing a cameo role in Madhur Bhandarkar’s film Calendar Girls. Love Ke Funday is her first film in a lead role. There are four main heroines in the film which slated for release on July 15, 2016. We spoke to Samiksha Bhatnagar at the office of the producer Faaiz Anwar in Andheri:-

What did you do before getting into films? Is anyone else in your family connected with the film industry in any manner?
No one from my family is part of film. I did my B.A in English and then did my PhD in Kathak .I ran dance classes in Delhi and also choreographed programmes in schools. Since my mother Kusum Bhatnagar is also a classical dancer, it was her ardent desire that I too be one, though it was my desire to join films. After I did a lot of ads in Delhi as a model, I headed for Mumbai to take up a career in films as n actress and did TV serials like Veer, Ados Pados and Jaane Kya Hoga Rama Re, besides a cameo role in Madhur Bhadarkar’s film Calendar Girls. Now I am playing one of the main female leads in Love Ke Funday which is my debut film in a full-fledged lead role.
What is your role in Love Ke Funday?
I play a glamorous girl called Jassi who is married and working in a company. She is modern as far as her thinking is concerned and is practical and does not stray at all from marriage.
Did the film also offer you any scope to try your hand at performing any classical dance?
No. It is not at all necessary that you will get an opportunity to do everything in a film that if offered to you. There is no classical dance in the film. There is only fun, romance, emotion etc in the film which has got all the ingredients required for a film to click at the box office.
Which do you wish to pursue actively-Films, TV or classical dance?
In today’s timers, you just cannot think in terms of this. It all happens on when and what opportunity you get. Thanks to classical, dances, I benefited by way of my facial expressions and body language and am known for my good acting. I am ready to accept whatever offer comes my way, whether big or small as long as I am able to leave a lasting impression with my role.
Today in films most of the actresses indulge in body display. Are you ready to follow suit?
It depends on to what extent it is necessary for the script for me to expose myself. If it’s valid, I’d definitely do it within my limits and comfort zone but I am not at all ready to expose without any rhyme or reason .
What next, as far as future is concerned?
Nothing will happen if you just think a lot about it. Whatever God wants to give me, I am more than ready to accept it as everything is in his hands. I want people to watch Love Ke Funday and like it and give me the right feedback on what they like in the film.
पिछले कुछ समय से भोजपुरी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में कई नई अभित्रियों का आगमन हुआ है, लेकिन कई अभिनेत्रियों ने एक दो या फिर चार फिल्में की उसके बाद उनका अता पता नहीं चला । मतलब की आई गयी हो गयी । वहीँ उसी दौर में भोजपुरी जगत में एक अभिनेत्री आई प्रियंका पंडित । जिन्होंने एक छोटी सी शुरुआत करके आज के दौर में भोजपुरी फिल्मों में सबकी जरूरत बन गयी हैं ।
कुछ ही समय में करियर की शुरुआत ही सन् २०१३ में भोजपुरी फिल्म जगत के बड़े निर्देशक राजकुमार आर पांडेय के निर्देशन में बनी भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘जीना तेरी गली में’ के जरिये ही अभिनेत्री प्रियंका पंडित भी भोजपुरी इंडस्ट्री में कदम रखी थी । इस फिल्म में उनके द्वारा निभाए गए किरदार के लिए प्रियंका को सन् २०१४ में बेस्ट डेब्यू का अवार्ड भी दिया गया था ! भोजपुरी स्टार प्रदीप पांडेय चिंटू के साथ नजर आने वाली और अपनी इस पहली भोजपुरी फिल्म को लेकर वह काफी चर्चा में आई थी । अभी हाल ही में प्रियंका पंडित से मुलाकात हुई, तो फिल्म ‘दीवाने ‘ में उनके काम करने के अनुभव के साथ-साथ उनके कैरियर से जुडी कई बातों को लेकर विस्तार से बातचीत हुई। यहां पेश हैं प्रियंका पंडित के साथ हुई बातचीत के मुख्य अंश:
प्रियंका जी सबसे पहले आप अपने बारे में कुछ बताइये। मूलत: आप कहां की रहने वाली हैं?
मैं मूलत: जौनपुर उत्तर प्रदेश की रहने वाली हूं, मगर मेरा जन्म व मेरा पालन पोषण अहमदाबाद गुजरात में ही हुआ है और यही वजह है कि भोजपुरी जहां मुझे बिल्कुल नहीं आती, वहीं गुजरती मैं बहुत अच्छी बोल लेती हूं। अहमदाबाद कॉलेज से पढाई – लिखाई पूरी की है !
क्या फिल्मों में कदम रखने की तैयारी पहले से ही थी?
नहीं मैंने तो कभी नही सोचा था की भोजपुरी फिल्मों में काम करना है पर जब डायरेक्टर का ऑफर आया तो मैंने तुरंत हाँ कर दिया । मेरे पापा मुझे डॉक्टर बनना चाहते थे पर मैं कुछ और करना चाहती थी मगर इसी बीच मेरे एक मित्र ने मेरी कुछ तस्वीरें एक गुजरती फिल्म डायरेक्टर के पास भेज दी, जहां से मुझे फोन आया और मैं टीवी के एक शो के लिए चुन ली गई। इसी दरम्यान मेरी मुलाक़ात एक भोजपुरी फिल्म के डायरेक्टर राजकुमार आर पांडेय से हुई और उनकी अगली फिल्म ”जीना तेरी गली” जिसमें बतौर अभिनेत्री मैं मुख्य भूमिका के लिए चुन ली गई। उसके बाद लगातार भोजपुरी फिल्में मिलने लगे और मैं करती गई !
और इस तरह आपने घर बार छोड़कर अभिनय की दुनिया में कदम रख दिया?
हाँ भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘”जीना तेरी गली में ” में काम करने के दौरान मिले अनुभव के बाद मैंने एक प्रोफेशन के रूप में अभिनय को गंभीरता से लेना शुरू कर दिया और फिर छोटे पर्दे के लिए भी कुछ काम किया। इसी दौरान मुझे भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘विरासत’ का प्रस्ताव मिला, जो मेरे लिए एक सरप्राइज था, क्योंकि मैं भोजपुरी भाषा के बारे में कुछ नहीं जानती थी। हालांकि ‘विरासत’, एक बडी फिल्म बनने वाली थी और इसमें मुझे भोजपुरी के सुपरस्टार पवन सिंह के साथ काम करने का मौका मिल रहा था, इसलिए मैंने अपनी किस्मत भोजपुरी इंडस्ट्री में भी आजमाने का निर्णय लिया और आज अपने इस निर्णय से काफी खुश हूं।
फिल्म ‘जो जीता वही सिकंदर’ में काम करने का अनुभव कैसा रहा?
इस फिल्म में काम करने का अनुभव बेहद शानदार रहा, क्योंकि फिल्म की शूटिंग के दौरान मैंने काफी एन्ज्वॉय किया। इस फिल्म की टीम एक बडे परिवार की तरह थी और इसके सभी सदस्यों ने मेरे साथ काफी अच्छा बर्ताव किया। फिल्म के हीरो खेसारी लाल यादव से लेकर निर्देशक, कैमरामैन व निर्माताओं की ओर से भी मुझे काफी मदद मिली और ये सभी लोग उत्साह से भरे हुए नजर आए। इन्होंने मुझे इस बात का एहसास ही नहीं होने दिया कि मैं न्यू कमर हूं, बल्कि काफी प्यार-सम्मान मिला। और यह फिल्म सुपर हिट हो गई !
फिल्म विलेन के बारे में कुछ बताइये?
मेरी समझ से ‘विलेन’ आज की तारीख में मेरी सभी बडी भोजपुरी फिल्मों में से एक है और इसे काफी भव्य पैमाने पर बनाया गयी थी जब आप इस फिल्म को देखेंगे तब इसके कलाकारों व भाषा को छोडकर यह कहीं से भी किसी हिंदी फिल्म से कम नजर नहीं आता है इस फिल्म में मैं भोजपुरी फिल्म अभिनेता अवधेश मिश्रा के साथ काम किया था बतौर हीरोइन जिस की शूटिंग कशमीर में की गयी थी।
आप गुजराती भी अच्छी जानती हैं, तो क्या निकट भविष्य में गुजराती फिल्म करने का भी इरादा है?
देखिए अब मैं एक कलाकार हूं और बतौर कलाकार सभी भाषा की फिल्मों में काम करना पसंद करूंगी, बशर्ते प्रस्ताव अच्छे मिलने चाहिए। मेरी समझ से भाषा किसी कलाकार के लिए कोई बंधन नहीं है, बल्कि यह सब स्क्रिप्ट व किरदार पर निर्भर करता है और निश्चित रूप से अच्छे प्रस्ताव मिलने पर मैं गुजराती फिल्म भी करूंगी।
‘दम’ के अलावा भोजपुरी में और कौन-कौन सी फिल्में कर रही हैं?
फिलहाल तो मैं ‘दम’ की शूटिंग पूरी कर के डायरेक्टर पराग पाटिल की फिल्म बागी इश्क़ की भी शूटिंग पूरी कर ली हूँ । अपना पूरा ध्यान अभी करियर पर कहि केंद्रित रख रही हूं और इसे लेकर काफी उत्साहित हूं। हॉल में प्रदर्शित फिल्म ”इच्छाधारी” बिहार में सुपर हिट हो गई है! आनन्द डी गहतराज की फिल्म ‘शहंशाह’ और डायरेक्टर फिरोज खान की फिल्म दीवाने मेरी आने वाली फिल्मों में शामिल है ! डायरेक्टर फिरोज खान की फिल्म दीवाने में मैं फिर से प्रदीप पांडेय चिंटू के साथ गूंगी लड़की के किरदार में नजर आने वाली हूँ !
Prem Prakash Gupta, who had produced the film Super Model as well as the Punjabi film Munde Kamaal De has now joined hands with lyricist Faaiz Anwar and made a romantic comedy called Love Ke Funday which is slated for release in July. Indervesh Yogee has written and directed the film. Prem Prakash Gupta is a successful business man in Bangalore who deals with steel and his company is known as Triveni Enterprises. The film has been made with four talented actors and actresses playing the lead.
Excerpts from the conversation:
How did you enter the field of films?
I came into this field thanks to my friend like Faaiz Anwar. Earlier I had also made a video called Vodka Shot. Then I made the film Super Model which was okay at the box office and Munde Kamal De which was a super duper hit. Now I have made a film called Love Ke Funday which is slated for release next month.
Why did you cast all four newcomers in your film instead of opting for a big star cast?
Established actors trouble you while new comers are ready to work with you at your convenience and are at your disposal. In any case it was the demand of the subject that made us choose new comers for the film. If we do not give break to new faces, who will? Newcomers come with a, lot of hopes from all over the country. Those who are in demand today were also new comers at one time. If somebody had not given them a break, they would not have been able to reach greater heights now. If a film is good, it will run, whether it boasts new faces or mega stars.
Did you enter the field to enjoy yourself or create additional revenue model for your business?
There are many ways to enjoy. I have come here to treat film making as a business revenue model. Am busy with my steel business for which I devote more time. I make films only with the help of my friends.
People say that new producers are so often exploited and made fools. Did you also have a bitter experience when you entered production?
If only you work with caution taking a lot of precaution, no such thing will happen with you. By God’s grace however, till date, whoever I have worked with has been very good to me. In any case, I am of the opinion that if you are good, you will get good people too.
What next?
Right now, besides Love Ke Funday I am also producing many more films with Faaizbhai. Currently, I am also producing one of the Punjabi film called Sachhi Muchhi Love Ho Gaya and a Hindi film with big stars.
Faaiz Anwar who has written hit songs for films like Dil Hai Ki Maanta Nahin, Saajan, Imtehan, Tum Bin, Jab We Met, Hello Brothers and recently Dabang (Tere Mast Mast Do Nain) and Rowdy Rathod (Chikni Kamar) is known as the Emperor of romantic songs, is now all set to bring a youth oriented romantic comedy called Love Ke Funday as a producer under the banner of FRV Big Business Entertainment Private Limited. Faaiz Anwar and Prem Prakash Gupta are the producers of the film which has been written and directed by Indervesh Yogee. The film is all set for release in July this year.Excerpts from the conversation with the lyricist cum producer Faaiz Anwar:-
How did you veer towards production all of a sudden?
It isn’t a decision that I took overnight. Earlier too I had made an unsuccessful attempt at production, but this time around, along with my patner Prem Prakash Gupta, I am getting into this in a big way. Four films are at different stages of the production under my banner. Love Ke Funday is first to release and soon other will follow. I feel no pressure concentrating on both – writing songs and production of films.
Did you set out to make a romcom just because you are known for your romantic films?
Love Ke Funday isn’t just a romcom but a youth oriented film keeping the younger generation of today in mind.It is a musical film full of romance and comedy and the story revolves around the romantic ups and downs of four boys and girls. Indervesh Yogeehas done shown his finesse as director in his debut film. He is a very focused director who knows his job. It is a beautiful film and I am sure the audiences will like.
Why did you opt for new faces instead of big stars for your film?
Decision to take new faces was driven by my convenience and the requirement of the script. It is easy to make a film with new faces as there is absolutely no date hassles. If you cast stars, you have no other alternative but to run after them for their dates. The biggest strength of my film are its script and its cast. In any case, big stars do not necessarily guarantee the success of any film and films flop or click irrespective of stars or new faces. It is the content of the film that matters. On the contrary, films with new faces have clicked more than star studded films in the recent past.
Do you think like Gulzar and Shailendra, you also would click as a producer in films?
Gulzar Shaheb had produced and directed several films of which some were hits. Shailendraji had made only one film which did not click. I have now entered the field of film production and it is my attempt to have my own individual identity here too like I have made in the field of writing lyrics and poems. I am confident that I will be bestowed with the same kind of love here too by the people. My aim is to make films on untouched subjects which no one has dared to make. My forthcoming film Love Ke Funday is an out and out commercial film and I hope the public would like it.
Why did you write very few songs in recent times?
I was busy trying to float my own production house and establish myself as a producer. I was trying to gauge what kinds of subjects are being made into films. If there was any story which was worth I was ready to write the lyrics or else I used to turn down offers bluntly. I want to concentrate not on quantity and but on quality. I only want to write lyrics which touch one’s heart. These days many lyricists have started mushrooming, who do not even know what a tune is or the head or tail of lyrics writing but they continue to write. The public is also enjoying their songs and what’s more they become hits too but do not last for more than a week.
But haven’t written such songs?
Sometimes I too write lyrics just for fun and to appese the producer and director. I too have to survive in the changing times and have no other alternative. I had to write Chikni Kamar Pe Teri Mera Dil Fisal Gaya, Chammak Challo Chail Chabeeli too, since the film Rowdy Rathod was produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. If a filmmaker like Sanjay Leela Bhansali can make a film like this, why cannot a poet lyricist like me write such stuff? Frankly speaking, such songs do not have a shelf life and lasts for just around eight days and are like the first rains. They come and go but looking at the need of the hour, one has to write
Do you think the music of your first film stand the test of time?
100%. The songs are part of the film. There are five songs in my film. There are emotional, romantic, item numbers etc, which people would love. “Naina Shaatir Bade” by Sukhwinder Singh, “Tere Kudi” by Mika, “Yeh Pyar Hai” by Javed Ali, the title track by “Jojo” and the item song Amul Maska by “Khushi Thakur”.
Which are your forthcoming films a as a lyricist as of now?
Love Ke Funday, Mumbai Dreams, Mumbai Shuklaji Street and a few untitled films.
The Delhi based sexy International bikini model Ritika Gulati, who plays the role of a sexy yoga teacher Anu in romantic comedy film ‘Love Ke Funday’ being produced by Faaiz Anwar and Prem Prakash Gupta under the banner of FRV Big Business Entertainment Private Limited with Indervesh Yogee as the writer-director and Prakash Prabhakar and Farzan Faaiz as the music directors, is in the news because of her sensuous scenes in the film. The film is slated for release in July 2016. We spoke to Ritika Gulati at the office of the producer Faaiz Anwar in Andheri:-
Tell us something about yourself?
I am based in Delhi. In 2012, I had won the title of Miss Delhi and had done a lot of modelling including one in bikini for Kingfisher. Though I became a famous model, I was always keen on taking up acting in films and hence came to Mumbai and ended up bagging the film Love Ke Funday.
What is your role in Love Ke Funday?
I am playing the role of a sexy yoga teacher Anu who is very open minded. Sadly for Anu she finds herself getting jilted in love as she falls for guys who later she finds out happen to be married ones.
Is there any scene of yours in the film in a bikini?
Yes. There are scenes according to the demand of the story and my role. I am quite confident that the audiences would love my scenes in a bikini I in the film.
Is there any memorable incident which happened during the shooting of the film?
When I came to know that the unit was going to shoot in Kashmir, I was very excited especially because I have always liked to watch snowfalls. However sadly for us, during the shoot there was a landslide and we were stuck for four days. Yet we enjoyed every moment of the stay in Kashmir.
What was the reaction of your family to your scenes in bikini in the film?
I have never hesitated to pose in a bikini as I am not at all ashamed to flaunt myself in a bikini especially since I have a good figure. In any case, it is a part and parcel of my work as an actress and everyone knows that in real life, I am not what I portray in my reel life. Though initially some of my relatives were quite jittery when I appeared in a bikini, they relented later on and felt that it was okay. It happens with new comers in the industry all the time but no one points out a finger at big actresses when they appear in bikinis. If you are successful, it does not matter and if God forbids you fail, then there are people who will find out ten faults in you.
What do you think the future holds for you?
I want to make an individual identity of my own in the film industry as an actress who can be depended upon to deliver good performances.

मेरी एल्बम चोरी चोरी ‘जो हाल ही में हमने रिलीज़ की है और यूट्यूब पर हमारे एल्बम को दर्शक अब देख सकते है रिलीज़ के बाद ही दर्शको ने इस एल्बम को बहुत पसंद किया है और अभी भी दर्शको द्वारा हमारी एल्बम को काफी साराह जा रहा है .
2) अपने एल्बम के बारे में कुछ बताइये?
चोरी चोरी यह पूरी तरह से रोमांटिक और रिफ्रेश कर देने वाला गाना है.यह गाना पूरी तरह से यह सच्ची दोस्ती पर आधारित है,एक लड़का है जो जिस लड़की से प्यार करता है उससे अपने प्यार का इजहार करने से डरता है,किस तरह दोस्ती प्यार में बदलती है इस गाने में दिखाई देगा.इस गाने को लोग आसानी से मधुर संगीत और सुंदरता से कनेक्ट कर सकते है.यह गाना विशाल प्रशांत विजय द्वारा कम्पोस किया गया है और विजय कुमार द्वारा लिखा गया है.विशाल और विजय यह दोनों मेरे बड़े भाई है.यह गाना वीपीवी प्रोडक्शन द्वारा निर्माण किया गया है.
3)इस गाने के निर्देशक विजय कुमार के बारे में बताइये?
मेरे बड़े भाई विजय कुमार ने इसका निर्देशन किया है.और लोगों को बहुत पसंद आ रहा है.
4)एल्बम की सफलता के बाद अब क्या भविष्य में अभिनय करने की इच्छा है?
मैं एक कलाकार हूँ_
स्टेज पर गाना और परफॉर्म करना मेरा पैशन है मैं अपने बड़े भाइयो के साथ गाने निर्माण करता है,संगीत मेरी पहली पसंद है और अगर मुझे एक्टिंग के लिए कुछ अच्छा मिलेगा तो मैं उसे जरूर करूँगा.
5)अगला गाना कब तब शूट करेंगे?
अगले गाने पर काम शुरू कर रहे है और बहुत जल्द इसकी शूटिंग भी की जाएगी.
6)रानी चट्टर्जी के साथ काम करने का अनुभव कैसा रहा?
रानी भोजपुरी सिनेमा की बहुचर्चित अभिनेत्री है और मेरे बचपन की दोस्त भी है,रानी एक बहुत टैलेंटेड और बेहतरीन अभिनेत्री है उनकी मेहनत जोश और काम करने का अंदाज बहुत अलग है.शूटिंग के दौरान उसने बिलकुल ऐसा फील होने नहीं दिया की वह एक सुपरस्टार है उसने इस गाने में बहुत अच्छा काम किया है.
7)इस गाने के बाद और कोई गाने का मौका मिला आपको?

9)आपकी एल्बम को वर्ल्ड वाइड रिकॉर्ड इंडिया द्वारा रिलीज़ किया गया ,इस बारे में क्या कहेंगे?
हम अपना एल्बम एक अच्छी कंपनी से रिलीज़ करना चाहते थे और वर्ल्ड वाइड रिकॉर्ड इंडिया से अच्छी कोई और कंपनी नहीं मिलती इसलिए हमने वर्ल्ड वाइड रिकॉर्ड से अपना एल्बम रिलीज़ किया.
सारेगामा फेम युवा गायक प्रशांत चौहान का अल्बम चोरी चोरी भी प्रसिद्धि के शिखर चूमने को तैयार है । उसी की तैयारी के सिलसिले में प्रशांत से एक मुलाक़ात हुई । अल्बम सहित कई विभिन्न पहलुओं पर वयापक चर्चा हुई जिसके कुछ अंश यहाँ दिए जा रहे हैं ।

2)इस गाने से पहले आपकी अब तक क्या उपलब्द्धि रही है?
मैं जी टीवी पर शुरू हुए पहले सिंगिंग शो सा रे गा मा पा का भागीदार हूँ जो 1995 में शुरू हुआ था । मैंने 1997 और 2001 के सा रे गा मा पा में भी हिस्सा लिया था । मैंने राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर सिंगिंग प्रतियोगिता में भी जीत हासिल की है । वहीँ टी सीरीज के मालिक गुलशन कुमार जी ने मुझसे वादा किया था की वे मुझे भविष्य में कुछ अच्छा करने का मौका देंगे, लेकिन उनकी असमय मौत की वजह से यह मुमिकिन न हो सका ।
फिर उसके बाद मैंने कुछ समय के लिए ब्रेक ले लिया था अपनी MBA की पढाई पूरी करने के लिए । फिर मैंने एकाउंट्स और फाइनेंस मेनेजर के तौर पर एक प्राइवेट कंपनी में कुछ दिनों तक काम किया । उसके बाद 20 साल बाद मैंने मेरा पहला गाना ‘वो मेरी दीवानी है’ जनवरी 2016 में रिलीज़ किया ! जिसे आप यु ट्यूब सहित सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइटों पर देख सकते हैं ।
3) इस गाने का निर्देशन किसने किया ?
मेरे बड़े भाई विजय कुमार ने इसका निर्देशन किया है ।
4)क्या भविष्य में आपको अभिनय करने की भी इच्छा है ?
आपको बता दूं की सबसे पहले मैं एक कलाकार हूँ । फिर स्टेज पर गाना और परफॉर्म करना मेरा पेशा और पैशन है ! मैं अपने बड़े भाइयों के साथ गाने निर्माण करता हूँ ,संगीत मेरी पहली पसंद है और अगर मुझे अभिनय के लिए कुछ अच्छा मिलेगा तो मैं उसे जरूर करूँगा ।
5) आप कहाँ से रहने वाले है ?
मेरा परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश से है,मेरे पिताजी यूपी में सरकारी कर्मचारी है लेकिन मैं बचपन से मुम्बई में ही पला बड़ा और यहीं से संगीत की पढ़ाई की ।
6) आपकी चोरी चोरी कब तक रिलीज़ की जाएगी ?
अभी इसका काम पूरा हुआ है और मई के पहले सप्ताह में हम इसे रिलीज़ करेंगे ।
7)अगला गाना कब तब शूट करने की योजना है ?
अगले गाने पर काम जोर शोर से जारी है और बहुत जल्द इसकी शूटिंग भी की जाएगी ।
8) अभिनेत्री रानी चट्टर्जी के साथ काम करने का अनुभव कैसा रहा ?
रानी भोजपुरी सिनेमा की बहुचर्चित अभिनेत्री है और मेरे बचपन की दोस्त भी है । रानी एक बहुत टैलेंटेड और बेहतरीन अभिनेत्री है ! उनकी मेहनत जोश और काम करने का अंदाज बहुत अलग है । शूटिंग के दौरान उसने बिलकुल ऐसा फील होने नहीं दिया की वह एक सुपरस्टार है, उसने इस गाने में बहुत अच्छा काम किया है ।
9)इस गाने के बाद और कोई गाने का मौका मिला आपको ?
जी हाँ कुछ म्यूजिकल प्रोजेक्ट है जिसकी घोषणा बहुत जल्द की जाएगी ।
10)इस गाने में नया क्या है?
चोरी चोरी एक प्यारी सी लव स्टोरी है जो दो दोस्तों के बीच की रोमांटिक कहानी है ! और यह रानी चटर्जी का पहला हिंदी गाना है ।
11) आप अपना आदर्श किसे मानते है?
स्व: किशोर कुमार मेरे चहेते गायक थे । मैं दिन भर में आधे समय तक उनको ही सुनते रहता हूँ ।
12) अभी आपके फ्यूचर प्लान क्या है?
मैं एक उम्दा प्लेबैक सिंगर बनना चाहता हूँ । और अपने बड़े भाइयो के साथ कुछ अच्छे बॉलीवुड गाने बनाना चाहता हूँ । हाल ही में हमने वीपीवी नामक प्रोडक्शन कंपनी का निर्माण किया है । जिसके अंतर्गत ही आगे का काम करने की योजना है ।
13) आपको परिवार का कितना सहयोग मिला है?
इस मामले में मैं बहुत भाग्यशाली हूँ की मुझे ऐसे माता पिता मिले है जिन्होंने मुझे मेरे कैरियर के लिए बहुत सपोर्ट किया है,मुझे मेरे गुरु पद्मभूषण उस्ताद गुलाम मुस्तफा खान साहब से सिखने का मौका मिला । मेरे माता पिता के साथ साथ मेरे बड़े भाइयो और मेरी पत्नी का भी पूरा सहयोग मुझे मिलता रहा है ।
14)इस वीडियो में रानी चटर्जी को लेने का ख्याल कैसे आया ?
दरअसल रानी मेरे बचपन की दोस्त है ! फिर जब हम इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम कर रहे थे तभी हमने रानी को इस गाने के लिए चुना था क्योंकि इस गाने की कहानी के मुताबिक हमे सुन्दर चुलबुली लड़की चाहिए थी जिसमे रानी पूरी तरह से फीट बैठती थी ।
