Announcement of Prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2018 To Be Held on 29th April 2018 at Chitrakut Ground, Andheri West Mumbai, was announced by Chairman Of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Shri Ashfaque Khopekar on a formal get-together and benevolence meeting with the leaders of the 22 crafts union’s associations affiliated to it on 7th March 2018 at Pathare Prabhu Hall, Andheri (West), Mumbai.
Mr. Ashfaque khopekar president of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award announced that from 2018 Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award will start pension scheme for one needy member of all films association till his lifetime. Every year one member will added to pension scheme. Mahamandleshwar Karmyogi Shri Sanjay Giri Maharaaj blessed the function and distributed Rs 11111/- cheque to every Awardees of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award 2017.
The gathering even witnessed union that had separated from the federation earlier like Asia’s largest film labour union, ‘Film Studios Setting & Allied Mazdoor Union’ (FSSAMU) whose ex-chairman was veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty and now is chaired by the dynamic and dashing MLA Ram Kadam. Gangeshwarlal Shrivastav a.k.a. Sanju, the brave and undaunted General Secretary of FSSAMU attended this meeting which was well received.

Aggarwal – filmmaker and President of Indian Motion Pictures Producers’ Association (IMPPA), Ashoke Pandit – a filmmaker and social activist and the Vice President of (IMPPA) and ex-president of Indian Films & Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA), Sushant Singh – actor and General Secretary of Cine & TV Artistes Association (CINTAA), Gajendra Chauhan – actor and ex-chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Prabhat Pandey – secretary of Western India Film Producers’ Association (WIFPA), actor Abhimanyu Singh, Mahamandelshwar Sanjay Giri Maharaj, Ashfaque Khopekar – President of Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Awards, Sharad Devram Shelar – filmmaker and hotelier and many other prominent office bearers of the association were also present on the occasion.

फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ मिथुन चक्रवर्ती के फिल्म से अलग : मनप्रीत सिंह
भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ सन 1990 में आई मिथुन चक्रवर्ती, धर्मेंद्र स्टार हिंदी फिल्म से बिलकुल अलग है। वो एक अलग एरा और जोनर की फिल्म थी, मगर हमारी भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ एकदम नया और फ्रेश स्टोरी बेस्ड है। इसलिए ऐसा कहना गलत होगा कि फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ मिथुन की फिल्म से इंस्पायर्ड है। ये कहना हैभोजपुरी फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ के प्रोड्यूसर मनप्रीत सिंह का।
मनप्रीत की मानें तो उनकी फिल्म का टायटल थोड़ा चाइलेंजिंग टाइप है, मगर इसका मतलब नकारात्मक नहीं है। फिल्म की कहानी काफी खूबसूरत हैं। इसमें भोजपुरी सिनेमा के सदाबहार अभिनेता कुणाल सिंह के बेटे आकाश सिंह यादव और अभिनेता राकेश मिश्रा नजर आयेंगे, जिनके बीच एक टशन भी देखने को मिलेगा। जहां फिल्म में आकाश सिंह यादव सिजलिंग शुभी शर्मा के साथ इश्क लड़ायेंगे, वहीं राकेश मिश्रा के अपोजिट होंगी खूबसूरत अभिनेत्री तनुश्री। मनप्रीत ने कहा कि फिल्म ‘हमसे न टकराना’ पूरी तरह से इंटरटेनिंग और यूथ बेस्ड स्टोरी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि फिल्म की कास्टिंग भी शानदार है, जो लोगों को फिल्म के प्रति आकर्षित भी करेगी। इसमें भोजपुरी दर्शकों की पसंद का कैनवास दिखेगा। फिल्म के गाने काफी अच्छे हैं, जो एक बार में लोगों के जुबान पर होंगे। फिल्म के डायलॉग भी इतने अच्छे लिखे गए हैं कि दर्शकों को यह बोर नहीं करेगी। पिछले दिनों मशहूर प्लेबैक सिंगर उदित नारायण ने पामेला जैन के साथ आज नानक प्रोडक्शन हाउस के बैनर तले बनने वाली भोजपुरी फिल्म ‘हमसे ना टकराना’ के लिए गाना गया है, तो समझ सकते हैं कि फिल्म के गाने कितने सुरीली होंगे।

होली पर दिखेगा यंग पावर स्टार विशाल सिंह के एक्शन का रंग
इस होली भोजपुरी स्क्रीन पर एक्शन का रंग छाया रहेगा, क्योंकि इस बार भोजपुरिया यंग पावर स्टार विशाल सिंह की फिल्म ‘गदर – 2’ रिलीज हो रही है। इस फिल्म में विशाल के एक्शन का रंग भोजपुरिया दर्शकों पर चढ़ेगा। बता दें कि विशाल सिंह फिल्म ‘ले आईब दुलहनिया पाकिस्तान’ से रातों रात सुपर स्टार बन गए थे। इस फिल्म ने दर्शकों को खूब प्रभावित किया था। उसके बाद जब फिल्म ‘गदर – 2’ में विशाल को साइन किया गया, तब से उनके फैंस इसका बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। इसी का नतीजा है कि म्यूजिक कंपनी वीनस के यू-ट्यूब पर रिलीज फिल्म ‘गदर – 2’ के ट्रेलर को अब 555,559 बार देखा गया है।
इंदिरा फिल्म्स इंटरनेशनल के बैनर तले बनी फिल्म ‘गदर – 2’ के निर्माता संजय राजपूत ने कहा कि फिल्म के लिए सभी औपचारिकताएं पूरी कर लीं गई है। हम फिल्म को होली के दिन 2 मार्च को सिनेमाघरों में रिलीज कर रहे हैं। एक बार फिर से इस फिल्म में एक्शन और रोमांस का जबरदस्त समागम देखने को मिलेगा। फिल्म में विशाल के अलावा माही खान, किशन राज, सन्नी सिंह, काजल मिश्रा, निशा दुबे, इशिता पांडेय, राजू सिंह माही मुख्य भूमिका में नजर आयेंगे। फिल्म की कहानी रोमांच से भरपूर है और इसका थीम भी पाकिस्तान बेस्ड है। इसमें विशाल ने एक्शन के नये तकनीक पर पूरी तरह से काम किया है, जिससे उनके स्टाइल में नयापन देखने को मिलेगा। इसके गाने भी कर्णप्रिय है।
फिल्म के निर्देशक रामाकांत प्रसाद हैं, जिन्होंने भोजपुरी में कई हिट फिल्में दी हैं। अब वे ‘गदर – 2’ के जरिये विशाल सिंह के साथ काम कर रहे हैं। उनका मानना है कि विशाल सिंह काफी युवा और प्रतिभाशाली अभिनेता है। उनमें अभी बहुत संभावनाएं हैं। गौरतलब है कि फिल्म ‘गदर – 2’ को गणतंत्र दिवस के अवसर पर ही रिलीज होना था, मगर सेंसर बोर्ड की अनुमति नहीं मिलने की वजह से यह अब होली पर रिलीज हो रही है। फिल्म के प्रचारक संजय भूषण पटियाला हैं। लिरिक्स अशोक कुमार दीप, प्यारे लाल यादव कवि जी, विनय बिहारी और पवन पांडेय ने लिखा है, जिसमें संगीत खुद निर्देशक रामाकांत प्रसाद ने दिया है।

Police in South West District has raided a major cigarette dealer in the Prem Nagar, Uttam Nagar area of Delhi and have seized cigarettes worth lacs of rupees, which were being illegally sold by evading taxes and with false manufacturing addresses. Many cigarettes also did not carry the statutory health warnings. Police have registered a case under the COTPA Act, which makes it illegal for anyone to sell cigarettes with any false information on the packet and also which don’t carry any health warning.
The action was initiated on request of a NGO Utprarit, which works for the cause of consumers and provides legal & other support to Indian consumers. The representatives of the NGO have specially thanked Shri Anil Kumar, SHO of the Bindapur police station for acting very swiftly in this case for the public good and plug the tax losses to the government.
As per the survey done by The Tobacco Institute of India, illegal cigarettes (both locally manufactured and smuggled) contribute to approx 20% of the overall cigarettes market in India and is continuously increasing. It is also suspected that many of these illegal cigarettes cause more harm to consumer health as they don’t follow any regulation.
पुलिस ने अवैध सिगरेट कियाजब्तदक्षिण पश्चिम जिले में पुलिस ने दिल्ली के उत्तम नगर इलाके प्रेम नगर में एक प्रमुख सिगरेट डीलर पर छापेमारी की है और लाखों रुपए की सिगरेट जब्त कर ली है, जिसे करों की चोरीऔर झूठी निर्माण के पते के साथ अवैध रूप से बेचा जा रहा है। कई सिगरेटपर वैधानिक स्वास्थ्य चेतावनी नहींथे। पुलिस ने COTPA अधिनियम के तहत एक मामला दर्ज किया है, जो सिगरेट के पैकेट पर किसी भी गलत सूचना और स्वास्थ्य चेतावनी के बिनाबेचनागैरकानूनी बनाता है।
कार्रवाई एक गैर सरकारी संगठन UTPRARIT के अनुरोध पर की गई, जो उपभोक्ताओं के कारणों के लिए काम करती है और भारतीय उपभोक्ताओं को कानूनी और अन्य सहायता प्रदान करती है। एनजीओ के प्रतिनिधियों ने विशेष रूप से जनता के लिए इस मामले में तेजी से अभिनय करने और सरकार को करों के नुकसान को प्लग करने के लिए बिंदापुर पुलिस स्टेशन के एसएचओ श्री अनिल कुमार को धन्यवाद दिया है।
द टोबैको इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ इंडिया द्वारा किए गए सर्वेक्षण के अनुसार, अवैध सिगरेट (दोनों स्थानीय रूप से निर्मित और तस्करी) भारत में कुल सिगरेट बाजार का लगभग 20% योगदान करते हैं और लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं। यह भी संदेह है कि इनमें से कई अवैध सिगरेट उपभोक्ता स्वास्थ्य को अधिक नुकसान पहुंचाते हैं क्योंकि वे किसी भी नियम का पालन नहीं करते हैं।
