Noida: : In a historic visit to Marwah Studios at Noida Film City, Dr. L. Murugan, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, inaugurated the new Suraj Parkash Marwah Shooting Floor, named in honor of Dr. Sandeep Marwah’s father. This momentous occasion added a new chapter to the legacy of Marwah Studios, an integral part of India’s media landscape.
The Minister’s visit was marked by an in-depth tour of the Marwah Studios campus, where he personally examined the wide array of facilities and departments, including production studios, post-production units, the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) division, Artificial Intelligence (AI) units, the expansive library, amphitheater, screening theaters, fine arts departments and education & training facilities. His keen interest in the infrastructure and its contribution to the Indian media industry was evident throughout the visit.
Dr. Sandeep Marwah, founder of Noida Film City and President of Marwah Studios, took the opportunity to present Dr. Murugan with a comprehensive briefing on the achievements of the studios, including a collection of books documenting their numerous accomplishments.
Impressed by the cutting-edge facilities and Marwah Studios’ contribution to the industry, Dr. Murugan expressed his admiration for Dr. Marwah’s visionary role in establishing not only Noida Film City but also in shaping the film, television, and media business in the region.

At the 70th National Film Awards ceremony in New Delhi, Sooraj Barjatya and Neena Gupta proudly accepted their awards from President Droupadi Murmu, marking yet another milestone in their illustrious careers. Barjatya, the iconic filmmaker known for his grand family dramas, has won the prestigious National Award for Best Director for his film Uunchai. The film, produced by Rajshri Productions in collaboration with Mahaveer Jain Films and Boundless Media, has been celebrated for its emotional depth and breathtaking visuals. Uunchai, the 60th film from Rajshri Productions, was conceived and shot during the pandemic, a time of great uncertainty for filmmakers and audiences alike. The film tells the poignant story of friendship, hope, and resilience, shot against the backdrop of the Himalayas. It was the first Hindi film to be shot at Everest Base Camp, over 17,000 feet above sea level, making it both a physical and creative challenge for the entire cast and crew.
“This film pushed me to new heights, both literally and creatively,” Barjatya said, recounting the risks involved in shooting in such extreme conditions. The film’s emotional resonance and stunning visuals connected deeply with audiences, proving once again that a great story can transcend conventional filmmaking expectations.
National Recognition and Reflection
Thirty years after Hum Aapke Hain Koun won the National Award for Best Popular Film, Barjatya once again stood on the prestigious stage, this time honored as Best Director. “Back then, as a young director, the rush of excitement was overwhelming. Today, the feeling is one of deep gratitude and calm,” Barjatya reflected. He dedicated the award to Rajshri Productions, which is celebrating its 75th anniversary, and to the mentors who helped shape his career, including Shri Mahesh Bhatt, Shri N. In addition to Barjatya’s win, Uunchai earned Neena Gupta her second National Award for Best Supporting Actress. राजश्री प्रोडक्शंस की 60वीं फ़िल्म ऊंचाई की परिकल्पना और शूटिंग महामारी के दौरान की गई थी, जो फ़िल्म निर्माताओं और दर्शकों के लिए एक अनिश्चितता का समय था। यह फ़िल्म दोस्ती, उम्मीद और रिश्तों में लचीलेपन की मार्मिक कहानी बताती है, जिसे हिमालय की पृष्ठभूमि में शूट किया गया है। यह एवरेस्ट बेस कैंप में शूट की जाने वाली पहली हिंदी फ़िल्म थी, जो समुद्र तल से 17,000 फ़ीट से भी ज़्यादा ऊपर है, जिससे यह पूरी कास्ट और क्रू के लिए शारीरिक और रचनात्मक दोनों तरह की चुनौती बन गई।

नवी दिल्लीत नुकत्याच झालेल्या ७० व्या राष्ट्रीय चित्रपट पुरस्कार सोहळ्यात, निर्माता-दिग्दर्शक सूरज बडजात्या आणि अभिनेत्री नीना गुप्ता यांनी अत्यंत अभिमानाने राष्ट्रपती द्रौपदी मुर्मू यांच्याकडून ऊंचाई चित्रपटाबाबतचे पुरस्कार स्वीकारले तेव्हा सभागृहात टाळ्यांचा एकच कडकडाट झाला. हा पुरस्कार म्हणजे सूरज बडजात्या आणि नीना गुप्ता यांच्या गौरवशाली कारकिर्दीतील आणखी एक मैलाचा दगड ठरला आहे. सूरज बडजात्या आणि राजश्री प्रोडक्शन कौटुंबिक चित्रपटांसाठी ओळखले जातात.

नीना गुप्ता यांना ऊंचाई चित्रपटातील भूमिकेसाठी सहाय्यक अभिनेत्रीचा राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आला. ऊंचाई सोबतच्या प्रवासाबाबत बोलताना सूरज बडजात्या यांनी सांगितले, “खरे पाहिले तर माझ्या अगोदरच्या चित्रपटांच्या तुलनेत ऊंचाई हा तसा भव्य आणि कौटुंबिक कथा असलेला चित्रपट नव्हता, माझ्याकडून असा चित्रपट तयार केला जाईल अशी अपेक्षाही कोणी केली नव्हती, पण ऊंचाई चित्रपटाची कथा माझ्या मनात आली आणि हा चित्रपट मी अगदी मनापासून तयार केला. मला मैत्रीची वेगळी गाथा यातून दाखवायची होती. मी एवढेच म्हणेन की मी ऊंचाई ची निवड केली नाही तर ऊंचाई नेच माझी राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कारासाठी निवड केली. आज मिळालेला हा पुरस्कार ऊंचाई च्या संपूर्ण प्रवासाचा परिपूर्ण कळस आहे.”
एक धाडसी सिनेमॅटिक कल्पना
राजश्री प्रॉडक्शनचा ऊंचाई हा साठावा चित्रपट. ऊंचाई ची संकल्पना आणि चित्रीकरण कोरोना काळात करण्यात आले होते. खरे तर हा काळ म्हणजे चित्रपट निर्माते आणि प्रेक्षकांसाठी अनिश्चिततेचाच काळ होता. हिमालयाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर चित्रित केलेली मैत्रीची ही कथा आशादायक होती. समुद्रसपाटीपासून १७ हजार फूट उंचीवर एव्हरेस्ट बेस कॅम्पवर शूट केलेला हा पहिला हिंदी चित्रपट होता. चित्रपटाचा क्रू आणि कलाकारांसाठी अशा ठिकाणी शूटिंग करणे म्हणजे एक आव्हानच होते. पण सगळ्यांनी ते आव्हान यशस्वीरित्या पूर्ण केले.या चित्रपटाने मला नवीन उंचीवर नेल्याचे सांगत सूरज बडजात्या पुढे म्हणाले, अत्यंत कठीण परिस्थितीत शूटिंग करताना आगामी धोक्यांची सतत भीती वाटत असे, चित्रपटाचा भावनिक गाभा आणि जबरदस्त चित्रिकरण प्रेक्षकांशी जोडले गेले, या चित्रपटाने पुन्हा एकदा सिद्ध केले की, उत्तम कथा असेल तर ती परंपरागत चित्रपट निर्मितीच्या कक्षा ओलांडून खूप पुढे जाऊ शकते.”
राष्ट्रीय ओळख आणि प्रतिबिंब
‘हम आपके है कौन’ ला सर्वोत्कृष्ट लोकप्रिय चित्रपटाचा राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिळाल्यानंतर ३० वर्षांनी, सूरज बडजात्या पुन्हा एकदा राष्ट्रीय पुरस्काराच्या प्रतिष्ठेच्या मंचावर उभे राहिले, यावेळी त्यांचा सर्वोत्कृष्ट दिग्दर्शक म्हणून गौरव करण्यात आला. सूरज बडजात्या म्हणाले, “३० वर्षांपूर्वी जेव्हा मी पुरस्कार घ्यायला आलो तेव्हा, एक तरुण दिग्दर्शक उत्साहाने सळसळत होतो. आज मात्र कृतज्ञता आणि एका अनोख्या शांततेची भावना मनात आहे. ” सूरज बडजात्या यांनी त्यांचा हा पुरस्कार चित्रपट निर्मितीच्या क्षेत्रात ७५ वर्ष पूर्ण करणाऱ्या आपल्या राजश्री प्रॉडक्शनला समर्पित केला. यासोबतच त्यांनी हा पुरस्कार त्यांच्या कारकिर्दीला आकार देणाऱ्या श्री. महेश भट्ट, श्री. एन. चंद्रा आणि श्री. हिरेन नाग यांच्यासह अन्य मार्गदर्शकांना समर्पित केला.

इसका शानदार आयोजन केसीएफ फाउंडेशन के अंतर्गत गांधी जयंती 2 अक्टूबर 2024 को मेयर हॉल, अंधेरी पश्चिम मुम्बई में किया गया। मशहूर गायक दीपक गिरी को यह अवार्ड मुख्य अतिथि सुरेंद्र पाल, धीरज कुमार, सुनील पाल, संगीतकार दिलीप सेन, सानन्द वर्मा (भाभी जी घर पे हैं) के हाथों मिला। इस प्रतिष्ठित अवार्ड से सम्मानित होकर दीपक गिरी बेहद उत्साहित हैं।

नोएडा: शैक्षिक उत्कृष्टता के इतिहास में दर्ज होने वाले एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर पर, एशियन एजुकेशन ग्रुप (AEG) ने अपने नोएडा परिसर में एक भव्य सफल दीक्षांत समारोह आयोजित किया, जो संस्थान के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक दिन था। इस कार्यक्रम में एशियन लॉ कॉलेज, एशियन स्कूल ऑफ बिजनेस और एशियन बिजनेस स्कूल से स्नातक करने वाले छात्रों की शैक्षणिक उपलब्धियों का जश्न मनाया गया। 400 से अधिक छात्रों ने खुशी और गर्व से भरे हुए अपनी डिग्री प्राप्त की, जो वर्षों की कड़ी मेहनत और समर्पण का प्रतीक है।

Penned by the renowned Indian lyricist and screenwriter, Padma Shri Awardee Prasoon Joshi, the musical offers audiences a journey into the lesser-known tales of Shri Krishna. It beautifully depicts his transitions from Vraj to Mewar and Mathura to Dwarka.
Under the direction of Shruti Sharma, a seasoned theatre director with expertise in musical theatre, the production showcases the talents of over 180 artists, vividly bringing to life the convergence of Shri Krishna’s divine forms, as his Shrinathji and Dwarkadheesh swaroops are portrayed together for the first time in a musical play. From Krishna’s playful escapades as the mischievous cowherd in Gokul, endearing himself to the village folk, to his profound role as the wise charioteer imparting the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, the musical captures the essence of Krishna’s multifaceted persona in a spellbinding manner.
Its allure is heightened by a soul-stirring soundtrack containing 20 original songs composed by ace music composer duo Sachin-Jigar. The music blends Western symphonic elements, specially recorded in Budapest, with Indian classical music, along with Haveli Sangeet, Rajasthani and Gujarati folk, and Hindustani semi-classical genres.
Award-winning Bollywood production designer Omung Kumar intricately weaves scenes that transport viewers to ancient India. The show is creatively produced by seasoned professionals Parthiv Gohil and Viral Rachh, with National Award-winning writer Raam Mori providing in-depth story research.

क्षेत्रीय कलाकारों को मौका देने के लिए बनाई गई, फिल्म सतना के पास हुई है शूटिंग
इंदौर. स्थानीय कलाकारों के हुनर को दुनिया के सामने लाने के लिए अविनाश फिल्म्स और मेक्सन बैटरी के बैनर तले कॉमेडी फिल्म ‘कुंवारापुर’ बनाई है। फिल्म के डायरेक्टर राजेंद्र राठौर की यह पहली थियेटर रिलीज फिल्म है, जो 9 अगस्त को सिनेमाघर में आ रही है। फिल्म के मुख्य कलाकार असरानी, विक्रम कोचर, अविनाश तिवारी, अन्नपूर्णा द्विवेदी, गरिमा अग्रवाल, उर्मिला शर्मा के साथ स्थानीय कलाकारों ने भी शानदार अभिनय किया है। फिल्म के निर्माता लक्ष्मण बर्फा है। रतलाम के सैलाना के रहने वाले डायरेक्टर राजेंद्र राठौर मुंबई में काम कर रहे हैं। वह अब तक 50 विज्ञापन फिल्में और 10 म्यूजिक वीडियो के साथ शॉर्ट फिल्म और वेब सीरीज बना चुके हैं। उनके निर्देशन में सोनू सूद, हेमा मालिनी, उर्वशी रौतेला, भाग्यश्री, गौहर खान जैसे कई कलाकार काम कर चुके हैं।
डायरेक्टर राजेंद्र राठौर ने बताया की – अभी तक मध्य प्रदेश का कोई रीजनल सिनेमा नहीं है। इस फिल्म के माध्यम से मालवा और निमाड़ को प्रेजेंट किया है। यह फिल्म मध्य प्रदेश के क्षेत्रीय सिनेमा की शुरुआत है। इस फिल्म के माध्यम से हम स्थानीय कलाकारों को पहचान दिलाना चाहते हैं ताकि इन्हें भी बड़े पर्दे पर काम करने का मौका मिले। मध्य प्रदेश में युवाओं में प्रतिभा की कमी नहीं है लेकिन हर कोई मुंबई जाकर अपना सपना पूरा नहीं कर सकता इसलिए इस क्षेत्र में फिल्म सिटी बनना चाहिए जिससे इन्हें बाहर नहीं जाना पड़े।
फिल्म की एक्ट्रेस अन्नपूर्णा द्विवेदी ने बताया कि – फिल्म की शूटिंग मध्य प्रदेश के सतना के पास उमरिया और खमरिया गांव में की गई है। इसकी भाषा में भी क्षेत्रीय बोली सुनने को मिलेगी। इसे मध्य प्रदेश, छत्तीसगढ़, महाराष्ट्र और उत्तर प्रदेश में रिलीज किया जाएगा। फिल्म के एक्टर अविनाश तिवारी बघेलखंड के सुपरस्टार है, यह पारिवारिक और कॉमेडी फिल्म है जिसमें दहेज प्रथा के खिलाफ संदेश दिया गया है।
फिल्म के एक्ट्रेस अविनाश तिवारी ने बताया कि- कुंवारापुर फिल्म की कहानी एक गांव की है, जहां पिछले 10 सालो से किसी की शादी नहीं हुई है क्योंकि गांव शापित है है। हमारे हीरो पप्पू की गलती से शादी तय हो जाती है और पूरे गांव को बारात में जाना है। इस बात को हास्य के माध्यम से कहानी में पिरोया गया है। दूसरी और फिल्म की नायिका मांगलिक है। उसका विवाह गलती से पप्पू से होता है। दोनों पक्ष एक–दूसरे से अपनी असलियत छिपाते है। यही फिल्म का तानाबाना है।
