Malad Festival 2015 is spread over for ten days from 25th December 2015 to 3rd January 2016 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Goraswadi Ground, behind Milap PVR cinema, off SV road, Adarsh, Malad (West)
Malad festival 2015 envisions creating annual phenomena and a platform for the local residents consisting of so many diverse culture, instilling in them a sense of pride and aspiration. Hence people will get to witness a lot of entertaining programs and enjoy their Christmas and New Year through Malad festival 2015.
The Talent Nights of “Malad Festival 2015” showcased a huge variety of talent ranging from heart-stopping feats to the seemingly impossible dance moves and talent, giving all the contestants a platform to showcase their talents like no other.
The Malad’s got Talent under and above 16 group dance competition had a light burst like a supernova. Performances of Dance India Dance fame Mayuresh Wadkar and Garba King Hardik B Mehta made the entire crowd jive with them. Aartii Naagpal who judged “Malad festival 2015” was truly impressed with the talent of the children.
Tajinder Singh Tiwana says “The Malad Talent night had some of the best performances. All the contestants had something or the other special for the audiences. The night became further special with the presence of Mayuresh Wadkar and Garba King Hardik B Mehta & Aartii Naagpal who encouraged and boosted the morale of the contestants”.
Talking about the “Malad Festival 2015”, Tajinder Singh Tiwana says “It is more like a community event. We want people to meet each other and get to know the neighborhood of Malad. Malad Festival will provide an enormous opportunity to showcase fine creativity in various fields letting your unique designs find a loyal following. An open Bazaar atmosphere with Music, Food and Entertainment will be created on the lines of International Markets”
Malad is all set to host its first ever ten day festival “Malad Festival 2015” at the Goraswadi ground starting from December 25, 2015 – January 3, 2016. The event which is being organized by Tajinder Singh Tiwana, a social worker, this event will have several activities for the residents. There will also be a 15th feet tall Christmas tree.
“Malad Festival 2015” will have everything from music, theatre, film, dance, sport, food, heritage to art and poetry. The festival will try to showcase the cultural wealth of the area also along with bringing together various communities.
There will also be a special event for senior citizens, women as well as for children.
No entry fee or parking will be charged for the event.
