Labh Janjua was found dead at his residence in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon, Mumbai.
The Punjabi singer died at his residence in suburban Goregaon, Additional Commissioner of Police (north region) Fatehsingh Patil said. Asked if it was a natural death or suicide, the police official declined to comment.

Labh Janjua was an Indian bhangra and hip hop singer and songwriter, best known for his bhangra song, ‘Mundiyaan Toh Bach Ke’, which was remixed by Panjabi MC in 1998, and re-released in 2002. He had also sung Bollywood songs including, ‘Jee Karda’ from Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Singh Is Kinng’, ‘Dance Pe Chance’ from ‘Rab Ne Banaa Di Jodi’, ‘Soni De Nakhre’ from ‘Partner’, ‘London Thumakda’ from last year’s ‘Queen’ and ‘Dil Kare Chu Chain’ from this year’s release ‘Singh Is Bliing’.
He sung eight songs for Keval Kumars” popular music album on Durga Mata ” Banaley Sevadar Daatiye and also sung six songs for KK’s music Album on Dharmendra ” Wahji Dharm Bha ji “, both the albums were written by Ravi Chopra.
Music industry mourned the sudden demise of the singer.

Singer-actor Ayushmann Khurrana said his voice will be missed. “RIP Labh Janjua. Your voice will always remain immortal. It carried the soul of Punjab.”
