Four days festival fulfilled with Golden Memories
Next year we will see 20th edition of the festival which will be having more legends: Dr Uma Sharma
New Delhi, Jan 12 The 19th edition of the Swami Haridas-Tansen Sangeet Nritya Mahotsava, presented by Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts and Bharatiya Sangeet Sadan concluded here, which aimed at reviving and enhancing interest in traditional Indian art forms, both musical and performing arts, particularly with the younger generation. The four-day event which was organized from January 9th to 12th at the Sir Shankarlal Hall, Modern School New Delhi , witnessed performances by the country’s legendary classical music and dance performers.
The event was attended by over 12,000 arts enthusiasts over the four days in the capital “It is necessary to present these old pieces before today’s audience. Puraani cheeze gum ho jayengi nahi toh. I still dance because I’m passionate about it. I don’t feel tired ever,” says Uma Sharma.
The Mahotsav started on a high note with the engaging performance of the veteran Ustad Ashish Khan on Sarood with Pt. Bickram Ghosh on Tabla . Performance started by Ustad Ashish khan in Raag Jhinjhoti and Raag Maanj Khamaj. With his perfection, he proved why, till now, he is unparalleled in his arena. The evening was further enriched with an outstanding performance by Hindustani classical singer Parveen Sultana, She perform a Bhajan ‘‘Kaun Gali Gaye Shyam’ in Raag Puriya Dhanashree and after she sang the famous song ‘Hame Tum se Pyar kitna’ in Raag Hans Dhoni on the request of Public. and Evening last performance given by Grammy award winner Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt with collaboration to Pt. Salili Bhatt and Manganiyarsom from Rajasthan. A capacity crowd of music lovers was enthralled by the melodious notes emanating from his “mohan veena”. For the majority it was their first introduction to the beauty and depth of indian classical music. Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt started his performance by playing his own raag ‘vishwaranjani’ and after that he perform on ‘Jhilmil Barse, Padhro Mare Desh, Dama Dam Mast Kalander aur Aaj jane ki jid na karo’. In the End of concert he perfumed “ Matram” on the request of audience.
The day two of the festival began with Padmashri Ustad Fayaz Vasifuddin Dagar Ji was singing Dhrapad) in which he started singing Raga Puriya. He teased Shiva’s alap. The audience present greeted with applause. Dhrupada is the path of devotion to God. In this, he introduced Shankar Girijapati in the Raga Malkosh. When Dagar introduced the Ras piya bandish, Mohan Shyam Sharma supported him on the pakhawaj, and Shri Shrio Bhardwaj and Neeti Lamba supported him on the Tanpura. second performance by Padmabhushan Pt. Channulal Mishra ‘Ganesh Vandana’ and it was the introduction of classical Music . He Starting with the raga Hansdhwani “Jai Maat Pitamber”, ‘Jab laaj gaai tab laaj kaha hai’, Hanuman Ghazal. Audience appreciate the Thumri, Raag Bahar Bandish .He finished singing along the lines of Kabir. The day culminated a flute of Padma Vibhushan Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia ji, amidst the chill winds of Delhi, Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia’s flute played such a magic that all the listeners started drowning in the ocean of Nad Brahm. The present audience of Pt. Chaurasia’s flute playing got so lost in tone that they even forgot the winter of Delhi. He started his performance in Raag ‘JaiJaiwanti’ and ended his performance in Raag ‘Damyanti’.
The day three, began with Pt. Rajendra Gangani. This festival is held in the name of great guru Swami Haridas and Tansen. Swami Haridas have written alot about lord Krishna , Pt. Rajendra Gangani started his performance with the beautiful ashpadi written by Swami Haridas which states ‘Pratham daras govind roop ke praanapiyaare , dooje mohanamadan , sanaatan suchi ur dhaare’. Then he continue with the paramparik shudh nritya which consists of UPAJ , THAAT is typical jaipur gharana flavor, and the special UTHAN were followed by the GANESH PARAN which will prelude with Gaja Gamini and also performed some of the special lamchadd bols through Paran. As tansen ji was dedicated to his guru Swami Haridas. He also presented a Guru Bhajan to this guru – Shishya Parampara and ended his performance with jugalbandi a conversation between tabla and ghunghroo. Accompanist with Pt. Rajendra Gangani on Tabla Pt Fateh Singh Gangani, Vocal by Sh. Mahadav Prasad. The second performance of the evening featured the renowned kathak Dancer Padma Bhushan Dr. Uma Sharma. She is also the organizer of this Swami Haridas Tansen Sangeet Nritya Mahotsav Mahakumbh of this music and dance, Dr. Uma Sharma started his performance with thumri “vaaree vaaree shyaam hoon vaaree”, aur najirayaaseje nahin kahee aur “, ga kar bhaav ne bataaya . For the Guru Shishya Prampara she share the stage with her students and gave chance to perform. Third Performance given by sitar player of the ‘Imdadkhani gharana’ Ustad Shujaat Khan. He started his performance in Raag Tilak Kamod, the magic of his fingers and his voice forced all the audience to sway amidst the chill winds of Delhi. He said, “Every kind of music is liked in the world. You just keep listening to music. Good and bad.”. These two are always playing together. Every kind of music is there in the world. I am a small classical association. There are different kinds of people in the world, you are in every music. It is important “. The last performance for the night was delivered by celebrated Vokalist, Padma Shri Pandit Ulhas Kashalkar . Ulhas has imbibed the singing of the three music Gharana Gwalior, Jaipur and Agra.In a single performance, he showed the style of the three music Gharna. In keeping with the practice of raga, Ulhas Kashalkar described the beauty of the three music Gharna. However, they consider Gwalior as the basis of their singing.
The last day of the festival began with a mesmerising performance by the Khan Brothers, Amaan Ali Khan and Ayaan Ali Khan. Khan Brothers given first performance in Raag Lalita Gauri and then perform Jhaap taal and Teen Taal.The Mohatsava concluded with the performance of legendary Sarod maestro Ustad Amjad Ali Khan he given his first performance in Raag Darbari which was created by Tansen and he shared a special memory with audience which was related to Raag Drabari. After Raag Darbari he gave second performance in Ghamas in which he performed “ ekla chalo’ which was written by Rabindranath Tagore and last performace gave in Raag Bhairavi. Accomplished in last day with Khan Brother and Ustad Amjad Ali was along with Tabla Satyjeet Tawalkar and Anubrota Chatarjee and along with Tanpura Vipul Kumar.

The PMO had directed the Secretary, Department of Financial Services (Banking Division) for action as appropriate in the matter of complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited, its MD & CEO Mr. Uday S. Kotak and other senior officials for alleging conspiracy, fraud and forgery of some documents. [Ref: Replies dated 03/09/2019 and 04/09/2019 from PMO with Registration No. PMOPG/D/2019/0318007 & PMOPG/D/2019/ 0320812]
It has been alleged in the complaint that the officials of the Bank in collusion and in connivance with each other, hatched a conspiracy and forged and fabricated documents including one affidavit and a power of attorney which were alleged to have been executed by one of the Bagla’s family member i.e. Mr. Bhupendra Bagla for mortgaging leased property against a unsecured loan and on the basis of which the Bank initiated recovery proceeding before the Ld. DRT.
Later on an FIR No. 0120/2019 dated 19/10/2019 has been registered at PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi against Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and six other accused including Mr. Uday S. Kotak, MD & CEO, for their role in a scam of forgery of documents vide order dated 14.10.2019 of MM Patiala House Courts, New Delhi who has taken view that as matter requires investigation by police, several documents are to be collected and verified and number of persons are to be examined.
After registration of the said FIR for committing fraud and forgery by Kotak Mahindra Bank and others including Uday S. Kotak and Anand Mahindra, Bagla family has also filed a complaint with the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, New Delhi, under Section 200 r/w 190 Cr. P.C. for taking cognizance of offences Committed U/s 211 (IInd Part), 499/500, 501, 502 r/w 120B/34 IPC, against Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd & others.
In the complaint apart from one Virendra Kumar Sharma, Kotak Mahindra Bank and its Directors & Company Secretary and other officers namely Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak, Managing Director, The Regional Manager, Kotak Bank (Delhi & NCR), Mr. Anand Mahindra, Mr. Shivaji Dam, Mr. Chengalath Jayram, Dipak Gupta, Ms. Bina Chandarana, Company Secretary, Mr. Chandra Shekhar Prasad (The Then Deputy Manager, Legal), Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Officer, Kotak Bank and CVIL Infra Limited and Bennett Coleman & Company Ltd., were made accused.
It has been alleged in the complaint that the above named accused in connivance with the each other, falsely implicated one Bhupendra Bagla son of Dr. Santosh Kumar Bagla (a renowned business family based at Mumbai & Delhi) in a criminal case by using forged and fabricated documents created and used by the above named accused.
It has been further alleged in the complaint that the averments made by the accused in this regard has resulted in multiple litigations and= publication, which are public documents and due to such malicious publication and false allegations, the reputation of complainant and Dr. Bagla’s family, got tarnished in the eyes of their friends, employees, business relations etc. It has been also alleged that the credibility built by the Complainant over a span of time, has been shattered due to leveling the false, frivolous, fictitious and baseless allegations against the complainant. The Court has been prayed to take cognizance of the matter and also prayed to punish the named accused as per law.
The matter was listed before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi wherein the Court has directed the complainant to file certified copies of the judicial record as relied upon and FIR lodged on the complaint of the accused, before the next date of hearing.
फिल्मों में फाइनेंस देने के नाम से ठगने वाला गिरफ्तार, निर्देशक के साथ की मारपीट पीड़ित निर्देशक अरहान अख्तर खान
फर्जी फ़िल्म फाइनेंसर को फ़िल्म डिरेक्टर के साथ मारपीट करने के मामले में मुंबई के अंबोली पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपियों ने फिल्म में फाइनेंस देने के नाम पर 5 लाख रुपये कमीशन के तौर पर लिया था लेकिन कई महीने बीत जाने के बाद भी जब आरोपियों ने फाइनेंस नही करवाया तो डायरेक्टर ने पैसा वापस मांगने के लिए सिटी मॉल के पास पाया तभी आरोपियों ने उसके साथ मारपीट किया। जिससे डायरेक्टर के सर पर गम्भीर चोट लगी। पुलिस ने एक आरोपी जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी
आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर दूसरे की तलाश में जुट गई। जानकारी के अनुसार डायरेक्टर अरहान अख्तर खान ने एक कमल नाम के हिंदी फिल्म प्रोड्यूसर सिकंदर मिर्ज़ा के साथ बनाने वाले थे जिसमें 5 करोड़ की फाइनेंस चाहिए था।
अरहान ने 5 करोड़ फाइनांस के लिए जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी नामक व्यक्ति से संपर्क किया। अरहान को जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने बताया था की वो सलमान खान से लेकर बहुत बड़े बड़े फ़िल्म सितारों की फिल्मों में फाइनांस करा चुके हैं। जून 2019 में डिरेक्टर अरहान ने जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी से संपर्क किया और 5 करोड़ फाइनांस दिलाने की बात किया।
जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने फाइनांस करवाने की बात कही और एक परसेंट कमीशन पहले मांगा यानी 5 लाख। अरहान ने अपने प्रोड्यूसर सिकंदर मिर्ज़ा को यह जानकारी दिया। सिकंदर ने अरहान को अपने जिम्मेदारी से यह डील करने कहा। उसके बाद जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और सिकंदर ने लिखित पेपर बनाकर 4 लाख कैश और एक लाख रुपए का चेक दिया। दो महीने के बाद भी जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी ने फाइनांस नही कराया। उसके बाद लगातार अरहान ने सिद्दीकी को कॉल करते रहे, पहले तो टाल मटोल किया उसके बाद फ़ोन उठाना ही बंद कर दिया। 21 दिसंबर को जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी के दूसरा फ़ोन नंबर पर जब अरहान कॉल किया तो उसे ब्लू केटरर्स रेस्टुरेंट सिटी मॉल के पास रूपए लेने के लिए बुलाया। जब अरहान होटल में गए तो पहले से ही मौजूद जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और उसके साथी सुल्तान अहमद ने उनके साथ गाली गलौज करने लगे और पीटने लगे। जिससे अरहान बुरी तरह से घायल हो गए। अरहान को स्थानीय हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती कराया गया था। अंबोली पुलिस जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी और सुल्तान पर मारामारी, धमकी और गाली गलौज करने का मामला दर्ज कर जैद अहमद सिद्दीकी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया और सुल्तान की तलाश जारी है।

Elite Foundation recently Gorakhpur to take forward its mission of planting 10 crore trees across India. Tree plantation activity was done at SNSS Academy, Betiahata in Gorakhpur city of Uttar Pradesh. At the event, Elite Foundation distributed T-shirt s as well as saplings amongst students of the school. On this special occasion students also filled up Shapath Patra and took pledge to make India green by planting trees and to pursue the dream project of Elite Foundation.
On this occasion the management team of the school and the officials of Elite Foundation received a warm welcome by the villagers who took part in the plantation activity. More than 5000 saplings were distributed and planted all over the rural area by campaigning door to door.
In this campaign National President of Elite Foundation, Mr. VK Agarwal said that the way pollution is increasing in the country today, Global Warming is increasing, water level is decreasing, forest are getting over and we the countrymen ignoring this dangerous situation, that will have to bear a brunt of our future generations. This was followed by plantation in Kaptanganj, UP. Plantation was carried out at Sant Kabir Inter College, Maa Gayatri Inter College and Indira Gandhi Inter College by Shahnaz Jahan and his team Human Rights Conservation.

ग्वालियर शहर के प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्ति नीरज शर्मा (प्रार्थी) सुपुत्र श्री कैलाश शर्मा ने ग्वालियर निवासी उदयप्रताप शर्मा- कंपनी मेसर्स उदयप्रताप शर्मा (वर्तमान में भारती बिल्डकॉम ) पर करीब 4 करोड़ रुपये की ठगी करने का आरोप लगाया है ।
आरोप है कि उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने प्रार्थी से लालपुर बांध के कार्य हेतु डीजल राशि 13,00,000 /- ( तेरह लाख ) डीलक्स मोटर्स (पेट्रोल पंप ) सनातन धर्म मंदिर के सामने इंदरगंज से लिया विनय शर्मा को 8,00,000 रुपये के सरिया भुगतान भी किया एवं अपनी एक मशीन भी कार्य करने हेतु दी जिसका भुगतान प्रार्थि की नही मिला , उदयप्रताप एक क्रेशर प्लांट भी लगाना था उसके लिए भी इन्होंने नीरज शर्मा यानी प्रार्थी से बीस लाख रुपये लिये जो वापिस भी नही किया ।
उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने प्रार्थी से हरसि हाई लेवल डबरा जिला ग्वालियर में दो टेंडर राशि 31 करोड़ एवं 18 करोड़ के निकले हैं उसके लिए नगद रुपये 25,00,000 (पच्चीस लाख) उसके मित्र के सामने लिया ,बाद उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने प्रार्थी को बताया कि कीन्ही वजह से टेंडर उनके हित मे नही हुआ और टेंडर के नाम से ली गयी धनराशि भी नही लौटाये । तरनोपरांत उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने प्रार्थी से व्यक्तिगत मिलकर कहा कि भाई एक बार फिर आप मेरी मदद कर दीजिए मेंने आपसे पहले जो पैसे लिए थे वो भी में लौटा दूंगा और फिर प्रार्थी जी लालच में आ गए कि उदयप्रताप जो पैसे मुझसे लिए थे वो अब मुझे मेरे पैसे अब लौटा देगें उदयप्रताप शर्मा को 3 करोड़ 78 लाख की इंडसाइंड बैंक में बैंक में बैंक गेरेँटर की बची हुई राशि1,99,62,272/- दिनांक 5-5-2011 को बैंक को पत्र जारी कर बैंक को नगदी करा दिया ।
जैसे ही प्रार्थी को बैंक द्वारा सूचना दी गई तो प्रार्थी ने उदय प्रताप शर्मा से मिलके उनसे कहा कि धनराशि की व्यवस्था कर संबंधित बैंको में जमा कर दूंगा । दिनांक 26- 09 – 2011 को बैंक से कॉल आया कि संबंधित बैंक गारंटी में आप गारंटर हो और खाता क्रमांक 26- 09- 2011 को बैंक को आवेदन किया की मुझे डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये की क्रेडिट फैसिलिटी दी जाए जिससे में बैंक गारंटी का पैसा जमा कर सकू दिनांक 27- 09 2011 को बैंक ने आवेदन मंजूर करके मुझे डेढ़ करोड़ रुपये की क्रेडिट उपलब्ध करवाई उसके बाद मैंने जमा करने के लिए पैसे दिया जिसका दिनांक 27-09 2011 सेंगशन लेटर डेढ़ करोड़ है ।
उसके बाद प्रार्थी ने उदयप्रताप ने संपर्क किया कि मैने बैंक गारंटी का पैसा जमा कर दिया आप मेरा पैसा वापस कर दो ।
उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने कहा कि मेरे पास नगद पैसे नहीं है आप मेरी सम्पतियों की रजिस्ट्री करवा लो और अपना पैसा ले लो प्रार्थी ने उसी समय सिरोल मुरार ग्वालियर क्षेत्र में कई संपत्तियां दिखाई एक सपत्ती जो थाने वके बगल वाली भूमि का अन्यंत्र अनुबंध पत्र है लेकिन थाने के पीछे वाली भूमि जो है वह पाक साफ है ।
इस बात का आष्वासन उदयप्रताप शर्मा , भारती शर्मा अजय शर्मा इन तीनों ने प्रार्थी को दिया।
प्रार्थी को अपने दिए हुए पैसो की वसूली करनी थी इसलिए थाने के पीछे वाली भूमि की जो कि ग्राम सिरोल मुरार ग्वालियर की परिसीमा में आती है, वो 02 बीघा भूमि की थी सर्वे क्रमांक 116,12 मिन -2 12 मिन -2, उसका विक्रय पत्र भारती शर्मा पत्नी उदय शर्मा से दिनांक 31- 03- 2016 को संपादित करवा लिया हैं उसके पूर्व भूस्वामी के प्रकरण न्यायालय में विचारधिन है । क्योंकि प्रार्थी ने भूमि पर जैसे ही कब्जा लेने हेतु कार्य किया उसी समय संबंधित न्यायालय से प्रार्थी के पास एक समय आया, प्रार्थी जब न्यायलय में उपस्थित हुआ तो ज्ञात हुआ कि प्रार्थी ने जो भूमि खरीदी हैं वह विवादित हैं । प्रार्थी पुनः इन तीनो लोगो से संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने कहा कि हमने तो आपको भूमि का विक्रय कर दिया हैं अब आप जानो या वो जाने , तब प्रार्थी ने पूर्व भूस्वामियों से न्यायालय में राजीनामा किया एवं तय धनराशी 21 लाख का नगद भुगतान किया और तब न्यायालय से राजीनामा हुआ।
उस समय उस विवादित भूमि के बगल से लगी भूमि सर्वे क्रमांक 115/02, उसके बारे में उदयप्रताप शर्मा ने बताया है कि यह मेरे बेटे अजय शर्मा के नाम से हैं लेकिन न्यायालय एवं सिविल न्यायालय में प्रकरण विचाराधीन है जैसे ही निपट जाएगा वैसे ही विक्रय पत्र आपके हित में संपादित कर देंगे अभी इसलिए नही हो सकता कि न्यायालय में विक्रय पत्र संपादित होने पर रोक लगी है इस भूमि के एवज में प्रार्थी से रुपए 15 लाख की बात तय हो गई जिसमें से इन्होंने कुछ रुपए 7,46,166 रेता के माध्यम से भी लिए प्रार्थी ने कई बार इनसे मिलकर जो धनराशि दी है उसकी मांग की है , लेकिन यह कहकर बार – बार टकराते रहे कि जैसे ही धनराशि की व्यवस्था हो जाएगी वैसे ही तुम्हारा हिसाब कर देंगे । विवादित भूमि के संबंध में हर आम खास संस्था , निकाय आदि को सूचित किया जाता है अन्य किसी भी प्रकार संव्यवहार न करे ऐसा कोई भी संव्यवहार प्रार्थी के मुकाबले शून्य एवं निष्प्रभावी होगा तथा सव्यवहार करने वाला व्यक्ति स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा।

Raju Mavani the Lion hearted actor filmmaker, who launched Suniel Shetty in film’s with Balwaan in 1992, passed away on Thursday 31st October 2019, at around 7.30 pm, due to Cancer. He was 62 years old.
Mavani was suffering from kidney ailments and was later diagnosed with cancer. He fought for three year’s before succumbing to the disease.
Apart from producing films like Ilaaka, Ramgarh Ke Sholey, Balwan and Imtihaan, with Mithun Chakraborty, Suniel Shetty, Sunny Deol, Saif Ali Khan, Aditya Pancholi, Raveena Tondon, late Divya Bharti, Monika Bedi, Divya Dutta & many other’s. Dr. Santosh Kumar Bagla’s family has sought the cancellation of the banking licence of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd for its role in a scam of forgery of documents for which an FIR No. 0120/2019 dated 19/10/2019 has been registered at PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi against Kotak Mahindra Bank and six other accused including Mr. Uday S. Kotak, MD & CEO.
The Bank was found as involved in unethical and illegal practices for recovery of loan by way of forging documents/papers and inducement, misrepresentation, false assurances to customers for sanctioning loan and in this process, there were unlawful gains directly or indirectly to Bank while its clients suffered losses of reputation and business loss.
Dr. Santosh Kumar Bagla’s family has demanded from Reserve Bank of India vide their letter dated 01.11.2019 for removal of Mr. Uday S. Kotak from the post of MD & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. and also from the post of Chairman of IL&FS as a person facing criminal cases cannot be considered suitable for any responsible post unless acquitted of the charges.
An FIR No. 0120/2019 dated 19/10/2019 has been registered at PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi against Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and six other accused including Mr. Uday S. Kotak, MD & CEO, for their role in a scam of forgery of documents as held by a Metropolitan Magistrate Court at New Delhi, vide order dated 14.10.2019. The Ld. Magistrate has taken view that matter requires investigation by police as several documents are to be collected and verified and number of persons are to be examined.

The officials of the Bank in collusion and in connivance with each other, hatched a conspiracy and forged and fabricated documents including one affidavit and a power of attorney which were alleged to have been executed by one Bagla’s family member Mr. Bhupendra Bagla, for mortgaging leased property against a unsecured loan and on the basis of which the bank initiated recovery proceeding before the Ld. DRT.
