Shalini Pandey, a popular Film actress marked her singing debut with the very special Chhath Puja Geet Song on the auspicious occasion of Chhath today. The video is out now and has been getting a tremendous response online.
Talking about her experience shooting the video she says, “It was a great experience for me. Since I am an actress so i had to regulate my weight for the video. It was a smooth process. I am glad that on this festive occasion, my first music single is out. It is a great feeling.”
Shalini always aspired to become a singer since childhood but happened to be an actor to begin her career in the industry. She said, “I always wanted to become a singer since I was a kid but since I am not a trained singer so television happened to me.” “This is my singing debut and I look forward to playback more often in films but things aren’t in my hands as of now,” she adds.
When prodded about her upcoming projects, she didn’t reveal much about it, she says, “I have film projects in my kitty but I can’t talk much about it.”

A new crop of multi-talented writer to be watched out for
Mumbai: Bhanu a.k.a Mrs. Parwathy Akhileshwaran is the new name who has made her mark in this tinsel world. Her devotional bhajans – Ganesh Bhajan: “Mukh Mera Hathi Ka” and Krishna Bhajan “Kaun Hai Bhakt Krishna Ka” have become popular and have generated large number of views. The albums are a part of the devotional repertoire released by T-Series on their social media platform – Bhakti Sagar on YouTube last year. The mind-boggling lakhs of viewers have brought excitement in the fervor of festivity for her including her family members.
Bhanu reveals, “The success of these bhajans has brought me to the limelight. I thank T-Series for releasing them. Meanwhile I am looking forward to announce my association with few makers as a complete story-screenplay-dialogue writer and lyricist who can write on any genre which would be originals.”
Bhanu, a graduate from University of Mumbai, has authored many books on cookery and educational works published by India Book House and Sheth Publishing House. She has tutored herself in Carnatic and Hindustani classical music too. To begin with she has uploaded a bhajan on her YouTube channel – Surleela.

महिलाओं को प्लेटफॉम देगी कल्पना की शक्ति मेनफेस्ट।
लगभग सभी भाषा की हजारो फिल्मी गानो को गा चुकी कल्पना ने ग्रामीण महिलाओं में उनकी छुपी हुई प्रतिभा या अभावों और जानकारी के अभाव में सो चुकी उनकी प्रतिभा को उभारने का फैसला किया है । महिला दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर आयोजित एक पत्रकार परिषद में कल्पना ने कहा कि वह अक्सर ग्रामीण इलाकों में शो के लिए या निजी कार्यक्रमो के लिए जाती रहती है और सभी जगह स्थानीय कलाकारों में गजब की प्रतिभा देखने को मिलती है । पैसे और अपनी प्रतिभा को निखारने की जानकारी नही होने के कारण उनकी कला असमय ही दम तोड़ देती है । उन्होंने बताया कि शक्ति मेनिफिस्ट के माध्यम से कई लोगो को फायदा पहुचा है । उन्होंने बताया कि संगीत उनके लिए साधना है जिनका पेट भरा है लेकिन डिजिटल प्लेटफॉम के आ जाने से हर कोई इसे कमाई का जरिया बना सकता है ।
कल्पना ने अपना अनुभव बताते हुए कहा कि हाल ही में वह झारखंड के जमशेदपुर के ओल्ड एज होम्स गई थी जहां कई महिलाओं में संगीत की प्रतिभा दिखी । उन्होंने ना सिर्फ उन्हें गायन के लिए प्रेरित किया बल्कि स्थानीय रेडियो के माध्यम से उनकी आवाज भी लोगो को सुनाई । महिला दिवस की प्रसांगिकता पर बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि बचपन मे उन्होंने आसाम में एक लड़की तेजी मौला की कहानी सुनी थी जिसे सौतली मा तड़पा तड़पा कर मार देती है । अब समय आ गया है इस तरह की कहानी के बदले उन कहानियों का की किस तरह महिला अत्याचार का विरोध करती है । आपको बता दें कि भोजपुरी संगीत को नई ऊँचाई देने में व्यस्त कल्पना इसी साल आस्ट्रेलिया में हो रहे कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स के समापन समारोह में भोजपुरी गीतों की धुन बिखेरेगी । भोजपुरी के शेक्सपियर काहे जाने वाले भिखारी ठाकुर के जीवन पर द लिगेसी ऑफ भिखारी ठाकुर का निर्माण कर वाहवाही बटोर चुकी कल्पना ने भोजपुरी संगीत को प्रतिष्ठित पैड़ी फील्ड महोत्सव और एम टी वी के कोक स्टूडियो तक पहुचाया है । बहरहाल , महिला दिवस पर उनकी इस सराहनीय पहल की चर्चा सोशल मीडिया पर काफी हो रही है ।——–UDAY BHAGAT (PRO)
गोलू राजा अब बन गये हीरो
6 साल की उम्र से गायिकी करने वाले गोलू राजा अब बन गये हैं हीरो। जी हां, गायक से नायक बनने की परंपरा को आगे बढ़ाते हुए स्टार गायक के रूप में संगीत प्रेमियों के दिलों पर राज कर रहे गोलू राजा अब सिनेमा के रूपहले परदे पर भी नाचते गाते एवं मारधाड़ करते हुए नज़र आने वाले हैं। वे इन दिनों मुंबई में भोजपुरी फिल्म पृथ्वी राज की शूटिंग में व्यस्त हैं। फिल्म के निर्माता शिव शंकर सिंह व राज सिंह हैं। फिल्म के निर्देशक आर आर सिंह हैं। देश और समाज को जागरुक करने वाले संदेश पूर्ण भोजपुरी फिल्म पृथ्वी राज का निर्माण बहुत ही उम्दा पैमाने पर किया जा रहा है। फिल्म के मुख्य कलाकार गोलू राजा के साथ अविनाश शाही, श्रेया मिश्रा, कुनिका, अयाज खान, महेश आचार्य आदि हैं।

It’s said that ‘God help those who help themselves’. Exactly, same a lad thought years ago and according to his thinking, he started to work. Now we all know him as Singer Vishal Srivastav who then, have been just a Vishal, a tea boy or an Auto driver.
If i say you that an auto boy turned to a known singer in Bollywood industry then it would not be a shocking but if you would come to know that a boy who lost his mother at the only age of 8 months and still he worked for his dreams and became a Bollywood singer then hundred percent it would be shocking.
Vishal Srivastav who was born in 23rd September 1983 at Azadpur in Delhi and lost his mother at 8 month age only. He had to leave his house at 9 years age. Thus that 9 years boy who should have books in his hand, had started to do work in a tea stall. He got only a single bread a tea in the returns of his work on tea stall. Sometimes Vishal had to sleep without having meal. When he realised it’s not possible to live only on this tea stall then he started to learn to drive Auto Rickshaw. He used to drive auto rickshaw in day light and did work at tea stall in night. Even Vishal used to buy vegetables and books , pen in buses and trains.
Bad time tried a lot to stop Vishal but he didn’t stop to work and continue worked for his dreams. Vishal wanted to make his wife a teacher. As we asked him about inspiration for singing, he replies when he was a child, he used to listen Shri Kumar Shanu songs and tried to sing, Thus he’s totally inspired by him and his songs. Shanu Da is his ideal and he really wish to meet him once.
Vishal couldn’t study due to his economic problems. He only studied his 2-4 classes in a small Manchhna near to Mainpuri. He said that man should never give up, he can get anything if really works for it.

ऑटो ड्राईवर से बॉलीवुड: “फिल्मों के जैसी है सिंगर विशाल श्रीवास्तव की कहानी”
कहते है ना अगर किसी के दिल में सच्चे मन से कुछ करने का जुनुन सवार हो तो वह कुछ भी कर सकता है। फिर चाहे व फुटपाथ पर सोने वाला आम आदमी, एक ढाबे में काम करने वाला एक लड़का और एक ऑटोरिक्शा चलाने वाला एक पति और पिता।
विशाल श्रीवास्तव, एक ऐसा नाम जिसने वाकई में इन परिस्थितियों को बेहद करीब से देखा है। बॉलीवुड के जाने माने सिंगर विशाल श्रीवास्तव का जन्म दिल्ली के आजादपुर में हुआ था। उनकी 8 महीनें की छोटी सी उम्रमें ही उनका माँ का देहांत हो गया! उनके पिता ने छोटे बच्चे के लालन-पोषण के लिए दूसरी शादी की. परिष्ठितियान्न कुछ ऐसी बनी कि उन्हें9 वर्ष की उम्र मेंघर छोड़ना पड़ा इस प्रकार 9 वर्ष के इन मासूम से पुस्तक पकड़ने वाले हाथों ने ढाबे पर चाय का काम पकड़ लिया जिसके बदले में उन्हें सिर्फ एक चाय और एक ब्रेड मिला करता था।
इस प्रकार इस मासूम बच्चे को लोगो के झूठन से तक पेट भरना पड़ता था , कभी कभी वह भूखे ही सो जाया करते थे। चाय की दुकान में काम करने के बाद उन्होंनेछोटी सी उम्र में ही साइकिल रिक्शा चलाना सीखा। दिन को लाल बाघ की झुग्गियों में रिक्शा चलाने के साथ-साथ वहीं पहाड़ी अंकल के ढाबे में बर्तन धोने का काम करके अपना पेट भरा करते थे। वेरात को ढाबे के काम से फ्री होने के बाद पास में ही एक अंकल का ऑटो धोने के बाद अंकल से ही ऑटोरिक्शा चलाना सीखते थे। इतना ही नही उन्होंनेसब्जी, फल बसो में किताबे पेन बेचने का भी काम किया।
परिस्थितियाँ उन्हें बाँधने की अत्यंत कोशिश करती लेकिन जैसा कि कहा जाता है न कि अगर किसी चीज़ को दिल से चाहो तो पूरी कायनात उसे तुमसे मिलाने की कोशिश में लग जाती हैं, और फिर विशाल श्रीवास्तव की चाहतों में तो कही न कही सुकर्म छिपे थे , जैसा कि उनकी एक ख़ास तमन्ना थी कि उनकी वाइफ को टीचर बनाने की और बेहद कठिनाइयों से जूझते हुए आज विशाल श्रीवास्तव ने बॉलीवुड में अपनी एक प्लेबैक सिंगर के रूप में छबि बनायीं हैं। विशाल जी एक अच्छे सिंगर होने के साथ-साथ एक अच्छे इंसान भी हैं ।
विशाल से संगीत की प्रेरणा क बारे में पूछने पर वह बताते हैं की वह बॉलीवुड के सुप्रसिद्ध महान गायक कुमार शानू के बचपन से ही बहुत बड़े प्रशंसक रहे हैं और उन्हें संगीत की प्रेरणा भी शानू दा के गानों से मिली। वे बताते हैं कि कह बचपन में शानू दा के गानों को सुनकर ही गाने का प्रयत्न किया करते थे, साथ ही विशाल श्रीवास्तव का सपना है कि जिंदगी में एक बार वह अपने आदर्श महान गायक कुमार शानू से रूबरू हों।
ज्ञात है कि विशाल श्रीवास्तव की बचपन में आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक न होने के कारण उनकी शिक्षा नहीं हो पायी। उन्होंने बताया की उन्होंने कानपूर से निकलकर मैनपुरी के एक छोटे से गाँव मंछना से सिर्फ 2-4 कक्षा तक ही शिक्षा प्राप्त की और आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक न होने के कारण उन्हें शिक्षा छोड़कर बचपन में ही मजदूरी करनी पड़ी।
विशाल जी कहते हैं कि जिनको शिक्षा प्राप्त करने का अवसर मिल रहा है वह बहुत खुशनसीब हैं और उनसे मेरा सिर्फ यही कहना की मन लगाकर शिक्षा प्राप्त करे किन्तु जिनको ये अवसर नहीं मिल पाया हैं वह कभी हिम्मत न हारें, बस अपने अन्दर छिपे हुए हुनर को कभी मरने न दें, फिर चाहे वह जिंदगी का आखिरी पड़ाव ही क्यों न हो. मेहनत करते रहे, एक न एक दिन सफलता जरुर आपके कदम चूमेगी।
