Nawazuddin Siddiqui “In & as “LATEEF”

After his successful stint in Anurag Kashyap’s Gangs of Wasseypur there was no looking back for actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and now after delivering some power pact performances in films like Kick, The lunch box and the recent Badlapur Nawaz is all set for the release of his next film “An unfold fact Lateef” where he plays the title role which reads “In and As Lateef”.

Lateef is a story of a young man who wants to be a doctor but unfortunately falls into the vicious trap of Politics and drug mafia. The film deals with the relentless issues of drugs and terrorism.

“An unfold fact Lateef” is made under the banner of Screenshot Media and Entertainment in association with Rajesh Sharma and is directed by Israar Ahmed. The producers of lateef Mrs. Amina Ahmed is quite excited that the film will soon see the light of the day. The film is written by Sachinder Sharma nad Badshah Khan. Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) held its annual directors meet at its Chandigarh office last week. Twinkle Khanna is the Chief mentor of the Interior Design Academic Wing. During the event, World famous astrologer Sundeep Kochar was honoured by Twinkle.

Sundeep Kochar is already featured in the Limca Book of Records. He has hosted Zee News’s program “Kismat Ke Sitare”, which ran into more than 2700 episodes and he predicted the future of people for 9 nine years.Now His serial ‘Kismat Connection Sundeep Kochar Ke Sang’ is air on Sahara One.

Movie ‘Life In Mumbai’ shows the truth of what one transforms into after arriving to Mumbai with dreams

People come to Mumbai with big dreams, but very few people live up to it. Once in Mumbai, they transform into something else. This transformation is depicted in Hindi movie ‘Life in Mumbai’ by Producer Dharmik B Bodra and Director Armaan Zahidi.80 per cent of the movie is complete and is scheduled to be released in August 2015. VB Group is the co-producer of the film and the film’s executive Producer is Dilip Patel who also designed the project.   

               This is Producer Bodra’s first movie. He has been involved in producing remix videos. “The subject is good and the movie has masala,” Dharmik B Bodra says. Director Armaan Zahidi has been the assistant for known  directors like Vijay Anand, Chandra Barot, Mehul Kumar etc. This is his first solo movie as a Director. “This shows the stark reality of the people coming to pursue dreams in Mumbai. Mumbai’s life is so fast and people don’t have time to think. This makes or breaks them,” Armaan Zahidi says.

             Produced by Dharmik B. Bodra with V.B. Group as the co-producers & directed by Armaan Zahidi, the film has Amarkant as the director of photography with Prekhar-Vaibhav providing the musical composition. Wajahat Khan ‘Sami’ is the production controller of this film.In the star cast the film features newcomers like Sana Khan, Heer Khan, Roshi D’ccunha, Firdaus Khan, Kusum, Ajay Sharma and Sadaf and is ably supported by veteran actors like Ali Khan, Mushtaq Khan,Anil Dhawan, Anant Jog, Raj Pathak, Chetan Shetty and Shiva in its cast.Others in the credits include lyrics by Niranjan Sharma and art direction by Chetan Chudasama. 

TV actors Vaquar Shaikh & Shweta Gulati come together for Shahroze Sadath’s short film MAGIC OF GIVING

TV actors Vaquar Shaikh & Shweta Gulati will be seen in a short film titled MAGIC OF GIVING.  Says Shahroze Sadath, the director of the film, “The surest way to happiness is giving. And this is exactly what my shirt film says. It has a really simple message of giving and helping others.”

Ask him how he managed to get Vaquar Shaikh & Shweta Gulati on board and he says, “I narrated the script to them and they were very impressed.

They agreed immediately.” The film will be launched at an event in Mumbai soon. Many popular names from the Film and TV industry are expected to grace the event.

PVR Director’s Rare’s next release Surkhaab featuring Barkha Madan which is releasing on 22nd May.

Surkhaab is a movie that explores the underlying themes of globalization, cross immigration and women empowerment. Barkha plays the protagonist in the movie, a judo champion who goes to Canada alone to find a job.

The actress has performed her own stunts in the film and to keep her character real she even wore the same outfit  throughout the film.

And as you’d know, Barkha Madan has recently become a Buddhist Monk and is a Dalai Lama follower. This is her last project as an actress. She has earlier worked in television shows and movies like Samay and Bhoot.

Not just that, she was also a Miss India finalist in 1984, the year that Sushmita Sen and Aishwarya Rai won big at the beauty pageant.

Synopsis: Surkhaab, begins with the story of Jeet (Barkha Madan), a state level Judo champ living in Punjab. In spite of hailing from a strong army background Jeet is unable to find a stable job and decides to run away to Canada to find a job. What follows is her inspiring journey to make a life for herself, protect herself and her family and deal with several unforeseen circumstances, in her run across her new country.

The role of Binny in the serial is played by Shilpa Raizada from Madhya Pradesh.Shilpa potrays a comedy character who is a housewife with daily complaints. Shilpa has previously acted in serials like Hamari Devrani,Vir Shivaji, Krishnaben Khakhrewala etc.

But her role in serial ‘Jodha Akbar’ as Shahnaz Nigar is what brought her recognition both nationally and internationally. Speaking about her current role Shilpa Raizada says ” I have got a nice role in the serial. I am playing a role which depicts a typical Indian Bahu. In the role, I have complaints with almost everything. For example I tell my husband that he works just 8 hours a day and she works 24 hours without pay and recognition. I am a complaint box with a comedy touch, which viewers are enjoying.”-

Eunuchs (kinnar) were always shown in side roles in mainstream cinema. Now, they are going to star in a movie ‘3^rd Man – Na Raja Na Rani’, produced and directed by South based H. M. Imran.

Made in Hindi and Telugu, the movie will release in May 2015. A lot of Kinnars from all over India have acted in the movie. H. M.Imran says “I went to all major metro cities to to speak to the Kinnars and write a story. This is an inclusive story of Kinnars, including their lives, food, spending behaviour etc. People will be surprised to see the movie.”.
