Ashok Kumar’s film ‘Kanoon’ had created a lot of sensation in India and it led to stoppage of hanging the guilty.After a while, the government began the capital punishment again. Maqbool Bhat, Ajmal Kasab, Afzal Guru, Yakub Memon etc were hanged. Now one Kashmiri is going to be hanged in the movie, ‘Chinar – Daastaan-E-Ishq’. Made under the banner of ‘Shagun Films Private Ltd’, the producer is Rajesh R Jain and the director is Sharique Minhaj. The movie is scheduled to be released on 16th October 2015. Amir Khan’s brother Faissal Khan is making a comeback in the movie.
Producer Rajesh Jain and Director Sharique Minhaj say, “The movie shows hanging of a Kashmiri. For some years the hangings were stopped but it has made a comeback.It shows that we have left the values given by Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. We are moving towards dictatorship like the British, which hanged Shahid Bhagat Singh, Rajguru etc.”
The talented actress has been shooting for the film and has extensive work out regimes and dance practices going along side. The film requires her to do extensive training which has been consuming Richa.
However the actress was in a difficult spot recently where she had to give dates of promoting Main Aur Charles. Richa had alloted these dates for Cabaret.
However the actress will now be seen juggling her work commitments along with promotion for her upcoming film Main Aur Charles. Richa will be starting her day early. She has also spoken to her team and worked out her schedule to ensure she can allot adequate time for both her commitments.
The powerful actress is very hardworking. Richa will be working round the clock but has little complains.Riding high on the critical acclaim and appreciation for her recent release Maasan, Richa wants to ensure that she gives her 100percent to work.

Mumbai, Director Indrajit Lankesh is back with a bang with his latest offering ‘Luv U Alia’. The film features Ravichandran and Bhoomika Chawla in the lead. ‘Luv U Alia’ is a Kannada film but the movie is garnering a lot of curiosity in the northern belt as well. It is believed that the reason for this could also be the presence of sexy siren Sunny Leone in the cast. Sunny has already made an impact in Telugu industry with cameos and item numbers. ‘Luv U Alia’ will see Sunny graduate to an interesting role along with a sizzling cameo.
Indrajit is best known in the northern belt for launching Deepika Padukone in her debut film ‘Ashwariya’. Deepika’s unprecedented success holds testimony to the fact that Indrajit, clearly has an eye for talent.
Speaking on casting Sunny, Indrajit said “Sunny is a smart actor. Whether it is her acting or dancing, she is the most-talked about and sought-after actors across the country. She is not just a pretty face with some moves on the dance floor, Sunny is a well rounded film personality. She has managed to give a lot of established actresses in the industry a run for their money. It is not child’s play to carve a niche in such a short time, that too across industries. I have seen her perform in other films and I was sure that she would fit seamlessly in my screenplay.”
The film will see its Kannada release on 18th September 2015, following which it will be releasing in dubbed Hindi pan India. Films hailing from south have been touching new heights in the north belt. In the light of this new formed space at the box office, the makers of ‘Luv U Alia’ have decided to dub the film in Hindi as well.
Talking about Sunny Leone and the Hindi dubbing of the film, Indrajit added, “Given the scale of the film and the new inroads regional cinema has made in the northern belt, Hindi dubbing has always been part of the plan. Sunny’s presence is just a happy coincidence.” The film is being produced by Sammys Magic Cinema.

Mumbai: The Mumbai edition of the 6th Jagran Film Festival takes off with ‘Standing Tall’, which opened at the Cannes Film Festival starring legendary Catherine Deneuve and the new comer Rod Paradot, on 28th September, 2015 at Fun Republic, Andheri.
Directed by actress Emmanuelle Bercot who won the Best actress award this year at Cannes Film Festival, ‘Standing Tall’ narrates the story of a six year old Malony, abandoned by his mother who is constantly in and out of juvenile court. An adoptive family grows around this young delinquent: Florence, a children’s magistrate nearing retirement, and Yann, a caseworker and himself the survivor of a very difficult childhood. Together they follow the boy’s journey and try unfailingly to save him. Then Malony is sent to a stricter educational center, where he meets Tess, a very special young girl who will show him that there are reasons for hope.
The film also stars Benoît Magimel, Sara Forestier and is produced by François Kraus & Denis Pineu-Valencienne. With some brilliant cinematography byGuillaume Schiffman, ‘Standing Tall’ is an exemplary cinematic exploration by Emmanuelle Bercot who has also written the screenplay of the film along with Marcia Romano. The film is due for release in Italy on 15 October 2015 after its screening in India.
The Festival is reaching Mumbai after its three month run in 15 other cities of India.. ‘Standing Tall’ will have two screenings at the Festival amidst a sea of prominent Indian, international feature and short films.

Shahid Mallya known for his versatile ways of singing and many big bollywood hits has lent his voice for the new upcoming music video directed by Rakesh Sawant, brother of Rakhi Sawant. The video will star the very talented Rishhabh Jaain of Veer fame and an international model Kati in the lead. The theme of the video is at the disco and it’s supposed to be a new genre of party song that promises to be a major breakthrough and one of the hottest party tracks. The song is choreographed by none other than the very popular Devaka who is known for choreographing many music videos and Badal. The costumes are done by the known celebrity designer duo Bharat & Reshma Grover of H-2 Label and the video is shot using the best and highest quality of technologies and cameras like red dragon on which movies like Spiderman is made.
Speaking on this new upcoming album which is expected to be out soon in October, the lead actor Rishhabh said. “We had a great time working on this video; it’s definitely a different experience from what I have done so far. I am confident that this is going to become the new party anthem of the generation as soon as it releases. The Angry Indian Goddesses premièred at the Toronto Film Festival last night. The film was selected as a Special Presentation at Toronto Film Festival 2015.
