जवाब- एसआरके राजस्थान टाइगर्स जीतने और बढ़ने के जुनून और दृढ़ संकल्प से पैदा हुई टीम है। हम यहां टेनिस के खेल में निवेश करने और उसे बढ़ावा देने में मदद करने के लिए हैं, लेकिन हम यहां केवल नम्बर्स भरने के लिए नहीं हैं, हम यहां जीतने के लिए हैं!
प्रश्न 2. आप लॉन-टेनिस के बारे में अधिक जागरूकता पैदा करने के बारे में कैसे सोचती हैं या योजना बनाती हैं जबकि भारत जैसा देश जो क्रिकेट का दीवाना है?

सवाल 3. आप इस प्रतिष्ठित टूर्नामेंट में अपनी टीम की संभावना को कैसे देखती हैं? अन्य बड़ी टीमें भी मुकाबला कर रही हैं।
जवाब- बेशक बहुत सारी बेहतरीन टीमें हैं, और उनमें से अधिकांश पहले से ही कुछ सीज़न के अनुभव के साथ हैं, लेकिन हमें उस टीम पर भरोसा है जिसे हमने बनाया है, और हमारे सहयोगी स्टाफ के साथ, चैंपियन बनने से कम का लक्षय हमारा नही है।

जवाब- हम युवाओं और अनुभव का मिश्रण बनाना चाहते हैं। टीपीएल अंडर-14 और अंडर-18 आयु वर्ग के और वरिष्ठ खिलाड़ियों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर एक अनूठा अवसर प्रस्तुत करता है, और हम उस एक्सपोजर को अधिकतम करना चाहते हैं ताकि प्रतिभा पनप सके। लेकिन हम निश्चित रूप से रोमांचक टेनिस खेलना चाहते हैं, और एक ऐसी टीम बनाना चाहते हैं जिसे हमारे प्रशंसक प्यार और समर्थन कर सकें।
प्रश्न5. आपका कभी खेल का बैकग्राउंड नहीं रहा है फिर आप इस क्षेत्र में कैसे आईं?
जवाब- खेल एक ऐसी चीज़ है जो कल्पनाओं को पकड़ सकती है और लोगों का ऐसा मनोरंजन कर सकती है जैसा कुछ और नहीं। यह एक ऐसा एवेन्यू भी है जो युवाओं को विकसित करने, वयस्कों को फिट रखने में मदद करता है, और कुल मिलाकर एक अविश्वसनीय जीवन शैली को बढ़ावा देता है। तो मनोरंजन और स्वास्थ्य के उस संगम के साथ, मुझे लगता है कि यह केवल समय की बात थी कि मैंने इस क्षेत्र में प्रवेश किया!
प्रश्न 6. भारत में लॉन-टेनिस की वर्तमान स्थिति के बारे में आप क्या सोचती हैं? और आप इसकी भविष्य की संभावनाओं की कल्पना कैसे करती हैं?
जवाब- मुझे लगता है कि स्टेकहोल्डर्स बहुत अच्छा काम कर रहे हैं, और यह अभी और लोगों की महत्वाकांक्षाओं का समर्थन करने की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा है। हमने अतीत में भारतीयों को उच्चतम स्तर पर ख्याति प्राप्त करते देखा है, इसलिए निश्चित रूप से बहुत कुछ सकारात्मक रहा है। मुझे लगता है कि टीपीएल जैसी लीग, और युवाओं में निवेश, बुनियादी ढांचे, खिलाड़ियों के समर्थन के साथ, यह साल दर साल बढ़ता ही जा रहा है।

जवाब- हाँ, यह देखना बहुत प्रेरणादायक है कि उन्होंने पंजाब किंग्स इलेवन टीम का कितना अच्छा नेतृत्व किया है, और मैं देख रही हूँ कि क्या मैं उनसे और निश्चित रूप से दूसरे टीम मालिकों से कोई सुझाव ले सकती हूँ।
प्रश्न 9. इसी से जुड़ा एक सवाल, क्या आप एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय टीम को संभालने और पुरुष खिलाड़ियों के साथ मुकाबला करने को लेकर कोई दबाव महसूस कर रही हैं?
जवाब- मुझे नहीं लगता कि मैं किसी और की तुलना में अधिक दबाव महसूस कर रही हूँ। हां, खेल मैनेजमेंट भूमिकाओं में महिलाओं का प्रतिनिधित्व कम है, लेकिन क्षमताएं और कौशल पूरे बोर्ड में समान हैं। मुझे लगता है कि यह मेरे लिए एसआरके राजस्थान टाइगर्स जैसी टीम का नेतृत्व करने का एक शानदार अवसर है, और हमारे पुरुष और महिला एथलीटों और सहयोगी स्टाफ के साथ, मैं एक सफल टीम बनाने के लिए तत्पर हूं।

One of the most iconic sports of all times, Arm Wrestling is often referred to as India’s favourite pastime! The sport now has a competitive avatar that has successfully drawn people across all ages and the followers including genders, thanks to this competition. In a unique bid in athletics to let your forearms do the talking, Pro-Panja is emulating the league format for arm-wrestling!
“Panja is an internationally acclaimed sport seeped in Indianness! That’s what the Pro-Panja League stands for,” expresses actors Parvin Dabas and Preeti Jhangiani, the brains behind Pro-Panja League, set to take arm wrestling to the next level in India!
The maiden venture, with ardent followers including 5,000 male and 2,000 female arm wrestlers in the amateur levels saw 400 athletes from 18 states, with Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju and Padma Shri Olympic Boxer Vijender Singh with an undefeated streak, not just making their presence felt at the maiden Pro-Panja League, but also participating in an exhibition match where, instead of shaking hands, they wrestled arms. This was seen to be motivating for the youth, who then flocked in numbers towards the amateur arm wrestling tables set up for the youth to try their hands!
Talking about the origins of the sport in India, Parvin Dabas avers, “Eugene Sandow, the father of bodybuilding visited Mumbai in 1904. This was at the invitation of Sir Dhunjibhoy Bomanji, a shipping magnate and a popular socialite! Sandow’s visit created a great impact and before we knew it, the homegrown Panja became a household thing!”
“The league has spawned an emerging hub of contenders from Punjab, MP, Haryana, Mizoram, Manipur and Kerala! Some of these states also boast gyms in which women often sculpt their ‘dominant hands’ by arm-wrestling!,” reveals Parvin, an avid MMA fan who is also the man behind MMA India Show, Sports India Show among portals.
Preeti Jhangiani believes that these numbers are all set to grow. “India’s most promising athletes are from the North, Kerala ans Assam and the North East states especially Manipur and Mizoram! We are exploring more and more states with the hope to motivate more people to take up this sport professionally!
“Anyone can play arm wrestling. But it takes hours at the gym perfecting arm wrestling techniques, physical strength, skill, endurance and talent to compete professionally at a higher level. “We are glad we are pioneering a sport in India where arm wrestling has moved from amateur to professional!” elaborates Parvin Dabas who is excited that this year witnessed a record number of entries despite the pandemic.
This year will also see the best compete for the title of No. 1 Arm Wrestler in the country. Interestingly, the technique, the angle of the tug, the timing of a surge and the precise position of each finger decides the winner in Pro-Panja League that proves that the brain is more powerful than brawn!

Promoting fitness in the long run, thousands of Mumbaikars assembled in the scenic heart of suburban Mumbai, Juhu. The Parinee Juhu half marathon was divided into two timed race events of 21km and 10km besides an untimed race of 4km, each of which culminated at the starting point, that is the Jamnabai Narsee School Grounds. With fitness icon Hrithik Roshan as the brand ambassador who has been imparting continual support since the inception of the marathon, this year, actors Zayed Khan and Sonnalli Seygall made their presence felt at the flag-off, bright and early at 5:30 in the morning!The route was through the tree-covered JVPD bylanes commencing from Jamnabai Narsee School Grounds, and crossing the iLoveMumbai sign, JW Marriott, Juhu Promenade to the newly renovated Lions Garden towards Bandra National College finally reaching Amarson store in Bandra and then taking U-turn from there to finally ending at Nana Nani Park – Versova.
The fourth edition of the Parinee Juhu Half Marathon witnessed the facilitation of a noble and charitable cause, paediatric heart surgeries! Organized by Get Fit through Sports Foundation and the Rotary Club of Mumbai Airport under the aegis of Maharashtra State District Athletic Association (MSDAA), the certification issued by the Parinee Juhu Half Marathon is valid for all major marathons. The event was followed by prize distribution at the hands of the celebrities.
Bharat Kapadia, Chairman of GetFit Thru Sports Foundation said, “It is always a pleasure to be associated with the Parinee Juhu Half Marathon. Collectively, all of us have done a mountain’s work in very less time and I’m glad we could pull this sporting event off so well!”
Biren Parekh, President of Rotary Club of Bombay Airport averred, “Our hearts beat for theirs! Our club tries its best to take responsibility of these children. Through sheer dedication and collective effort, we have made this marathon possible for the fourth time now!”

लम्बी दौड़ के जरिए फिटनेस को बढ़ावा देते हुए, हजारों मुंबईकर जुहू में इकट्ठे हुए। परिणी जुहू हाफ मैराथन को २१ किमी और 10 किमी की दो समयबद्ध दौड़ स्पर्धाओं में विभाजित किया गया था, इन दो विभाजित दौड़ के अलावा ४ किमी की एक और अनियोजित दौड़ का भी आयोजन किया गया था । इस प्रत्येक दौड़ का आरंभ बिंदु जमनाबाई नरसी स्कूल का मैदान से हुआ था। फिटनेस आइकन माने जाने वाले अभिनेता रितिक रोशन जो की इस मैराथन के ब्रांड एंबेसडर के रूप में मैराथन की शुरुआत से लगातार समर्थन मिलता रहा है, इस साल, अभिनेता जायद खान और सोनाली सहगल ने सुबह 5:30 बजे झंडा लहराकर इस मैराथन की शुरुआत हुई।
इस मैराथन का मार्ग जमनाबाई नरसी स्कूल मैदान से शुरू होने वाले पेड़ से ढके जेविपिडी और आई लव मुम्बइऊ साइन, JW मैरियट, जुहू प्रोमेनेड को पार करके बांद्रा नेशनल कॉलेज की ओर से नव पुनर्निर्मित गार्डन में पहुंचा और अंत में बांद्रा में अमरसन स्टोर तक पहुंच गया और फिर वापसी का रास्ता लेकर अंत में नाना नानी पार्क – वर्सोवा में समाप्त हुआ।
परिणी जुहू हाफ मैराथन के चौथे संस्करण में एक महान और धर्मार्थ कारण की सुविधा देखी गई, बाल चिकित्सा सर्जरी ! महाराष्ट्र स्टेट डिस्ट्रिक्ट एथलेटिक एसोसिएशन (MSDAA) के तत्वावधान में स्पोर्ट्स फाउंडेशन और रोटरी क्लब ऑफ मुंबई एयरपोर्ट के माध्यम से गेट फिट द्वारा आयोजित, परिणी जुहू हाफ मैराथन द्वारा जारी प्रमाण पत्र सभी प्रमुख मैराथन धावकों के लिए थे। इस समारोह के बाद प्रमुख उपस्थित हस्तियों के हाथों पुरस्कार वितरण किये गए।
गेटफिट थ्रू स्पोर्ट्स फाउंडेशन के अध्यक्ष भरत कपाड़िया ने कहा, “परिणीति जुहू हाफ मैराथन के साथ जुड़े रहना हमेशा खुशी की बात है। सामूहिक रूप से, हम सभी ने बहुत कम समय में पहाड़ का काम किया है और मुझे खुशी है कि हम इस खेल आयोजन को इतनी अच्छी तरह से हिस्सा लिया हैं! ”

अंत में गेट फिट थ्रू स्पोर्ट्स फाउंडेशन के उपाध्यक्ष अतुल पारेख ने जायेद और सोनाली की तरफ आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा,”यह वास्तव में ख़ुशी की बात है कि ज़ायेद और सोनाली सुबह ५:३० बजे झंडा गिराकर इस मैराथन की शुरुवात से हिस्सा बनने से सुबह 9 बजे के बाद तक जहां उन्होंने योग्य विजेताओं को पुरस्कार वितरित किए ! यह वाकई ख़ुशी की बात है ” हर प्रतिभागी जिसने फिनिश लाइन तक दौड़ खत्म की, और उसमे से एक विजेता के रूप में उभरा और एक योग्य पदक जीता!

परिणी जुहू हाफ मॅरेथॉन २०२० चे आयोजन नुकतेच करण्यात आले होते. यामध्ये हजारोच्या संख्येने मुंबईकरांनी सहभाग घेतला. २१ किमी आणि १० किमी च्या दोन ठरविक वेळेत आणि ४ किमी ची एक अनियोजित धाव स्पर्धा असे ह्या मॅरेथॉन स्पर्धेचे विभाजन केले गेले होते. प्रख्यात जमनाबाई नरसी शाळेच्या मैदानापासून या मॅरेथॉन ची सुरुवात झाली. फिटनेस आइकन – अभिनेता रितिक रोशन मॅरेथॉन स्पर्धेचे ब्रांड एंबेसडर म्हणून सुरुवातीपासूनच या स्पर्धेला त्यांचे समर्थन होते. या वर्षी अभिनेता जायेद खान आणि सोनाली सहगल यांनी पहाटे ५:३० ला फ्लॅग ऑफ केल्यावर या मॅरेथॉन ची धाव सुरु झाली.
ह्या मॅरेथॉन स्पर्धेचा मार्ग जमनाबाई नरसी शाळेच्या मैदानापासून जेविपिडी मार्गे आई लव मुंबई साइन, JW मैरियट, जुहू प्रोमेनेड ओलांडत बांद्रा नेशनल कॉलेज च्या दिशेने लायन्स पुनर्निर्मित गार्डन आणि शेवटी बांद्रा च्या अमरसन स्टोर पर्यंत पोचल्यावर परतीच्या मार्ग घेत शेवट नाना नानी पार्क – वर्सोवा येथे झाला.
परिणी जुहू हाफ मॅरेथॉनच्या या चौथ्या आवृत्तीत त्यांनी एक उदात्त आणि सेवाभावी कार्य, बालरोग हृदयाच्या शस्त्रक्रियेची सोय केली होती! परिणी जुहू हाफ मॅरेथॉनने दिलेली प्रमाणपत्रे महाराष्ट्र राज्य जिल्हा एथेलीट असोसिएशन (एमएसडीएए) च्या वतीने गेट फिट थ्री स्पोर्ट्स फाऊंडेशन आणि रोटरी क्लब ऑफ मुंबई विमानतळाच्या वतीने आयोजित करण्यात आलेल्या सर्व प्रमुख मॅरेथॉन धावपटूंसाठी होती. या समारंभानंतर मान्यवरांकडून पुरस्कारांचे वितरण करण्यात आले.
ह्या वेळी गेटफिट थ्रू स्पोर्ट्स फाउंडेशन चे अध्यक्ष भरत कपाडिया म्हणाले, “ परिणी जुहू हाफ मॅरेथॉनशी जोडून राहणे नेहमीच आनंदाची गोष्ट असते. एकत्रितपणे, आपल्या सर्वांनी अगदी थोड्या काळामध्ये खूप कामे केली आहेत आणि मला आनंद आहे की आपण या क्रीडा स्पर्धेत इतका उत्साहाने सहभाग घेतला.”

शेवटी, गेट फिट थ्रू स्पोर्ट्स फाऊंडेशनचे उपाध्यक्ष अतुल पारेख यांनी जायेद आणि सोनालीबद्दल कृतज्ञता व्यक्त केली, “या मॅरेथॉनच्या प्रारंभाचा भाग होण्यासाठी जायेद आणि सोनालीला पहाटे साडेपाच वाजता फ्लॅग ऑफ ते सकाळी ९ वाजेता त्यांनी पात्र विजेत्यांना बक्षिसे वितरित केली! हे पाहून खरोखरच आनंद झाला. ज्या प्रत्येक स्पर्धकाने शेवटची रेष पार केली आणि त्यातील प्रत्येकाने विजेता पदकाचा पात्र आहे.”

मुंबई-दिव्यांग क्रिकेटरों ने अपनी असाधारण प्रतिभा का परिचय देकर दी 2019 फिजिकल डिसेबिलिटी क्रिकेट सीरीज जीतकर देश और दुनिया के खिलाडियों के लिए मिसाल कायम की हैं. उन्होंने दिवंगत क्रिकेटर अजीत वाडेकर ने तीस वर्ष पूर्व राखी नीवं को सार्थक कर सही मायनों में उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी हैं. उपरोक्त विचार सीए लायन सुनील पाटोदिया ने दी इंटरनेशनल लायंस इंटरनेशनल लायंस क्लब की और से वाडेकर वोर्रीयर्स के सम्मान में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में व्यक्त किये. इसका आयोजन लायन डिस्ट्रिक्ट 3231-ए 3 ने विभिन्न क्लबों के सहयोग से किया था.
इस्कॉन ऑडिटोरियम में अखिल भारतीय दिव्यांग क्रिकेट संघ (आल इंडिया क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन फॉर फिजिकली चैलेंज्ड) के तत्वावधान में 2019 फिजिकल डिसेबिलिटी क्रिकेट सीरीज जीतकरआनेवाले सभी टीम के सदस्य इस अवसर पर कप्तान विक्रांत केनी के नेतृत्व में 25 हजार नगद व प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया. खिलाडियों के अलावा टीम को इस मुक्काम पर पहुंचाने वाले सभी पदाधिकारियों को भी सम्मान चिन्ह दिए गए. स्पोर्ट्स एंड गेम्स के डिस्ट्रिक्ट चेयरमैन लायन निमेष शाहकी अध्यक्षता में आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि पोलिकेब वायर्स के सी इ ओ रामकृष्नन रामास्वामी,डिस्ट्रिक्ट गवर्नर लायन डॉ अजीत जैन,वाईस डिस्ट्रिक्ट गवर्नर शशिकांत मोढ़,डॉ. के मुद्दसर सहित क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन के क्रिकेटर करसन घावरी,रेखा वाडेकर,दीपक जाधव, विनोद देशपांडे,अनिल जोगलेकर,अनिल नवरंगे,तरुण चव्हाण के अलावा बाइक ग्रुप के चेयरमैन अनिल पाटोदिया, विनीता पाटोदिया युथ फोरम के अध्यक्ष दीपक आर.जैन,सहित अनेक मान्यवर उपस्थित थे. कार्यक्रमको सफल बनाने में लायन नीरज गुप्ता,लायन रीतू चौहान,लायन सीए कमल पोद्दार,आदि ने मेहनत की.कार्यक्रम का संचालन लायन अर्चना पाटोदिया ने किया.
The *Quarter Finals of Pro World Talent Cricket Academy Annual Premier League* (Under 10) organised by Karamveer Sports Club. It consisted of 15 teams out of which 4 teams has reached Quarter finals. The chief guests spoke heart touching lines that how much cricket mean to them. Cricket is describe as a religion for Indians.
M Kakali Meghani supported and encouraged the kids with great dedication and enthusiasm as her kid also participated in the match.
The match started with National Anthem. Kids played well in the match with great stamina. After the match got over, the tropies had been given to the chief guests for being a part of the match. Certificates were distributed amongst all the kids by our chief guests.

करमवीर स्पोर्ट्स कॉम्प्लेक्स में अंडर 10 क्रिकेट प्रो वर्ल्ड टैलेंट लीग
करमवीर स्पोर्ट्स क्लब द्वारा आयोजित प्रो वर्ल्ड टैलेंट क्रिकेट अकादमी वार्षिक प्रीमियर लीग (अंडर 10) का क्वार्टर फाइनल मैच हुआ। इसमें 15 टीमें शामिल थी जिनमें से 4 टीमें क्वार्टर फाइनल में पहुंच गई हैं।
मैच में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में कलाकार अभिषेक गुप्ता और लेस्ली त्रिपाठी, एम काकली मेघानी (रचनात्मक मेकअप आर्टिस्ट ), शरद हजारे (प्रो वर्ल्ड टैलेंट क्रिकेट अकादमी के प्रमुख मेंटर ), जतिन परांजपे (भारतीय खिलाड़ी / वर्तमान में भारतीय टीम के चयनकर्ता ), निशित शेट्टी ( मुंबई रणजी ट्रॉफी खिलाड़ी / बीसीसीआई मैच रेफरी ) और सिद्धार्थ हजारे (सीईओ प्रो वर्ल्ड टैलेंट / रिप्रेजेंट पुर्तगाल नेशनल क्रिकेट टीम ) शामिल हुए थे।
मैच के समापन पर मुख्य अतिथियों ने दिल को छूने वाली लाइनें बोलीं कि क्रिकेट उनके लिए कितना मायने रखता है। भारतीयों के लिए क्रिकेट को एक धर्म के रूप में वर्णित किया जाता है।
मेकअप आर्टिस्ट एम काकली मेघानी ने बच्चों को बड़े समर्पण और उत्साह के साथ समर्थन के साथ प्रोत्साहित किया तथा उनके बच्चे ने भी खेल में भाग लिया।
मैच की शुरुआत राष्ट्रगान से हुई। मैच में बच्चों ने बेहतरीन दमखम दिखाया। मैच समाप्त होने के बाद, मुख्य अतिथियों को मैच का हिस्सा बनने के लिए ट्रॉफी दी गई थी उसके बाद मुख्य अतिथियों द्वारा सभी बच्चों के बीच प्रमाण पत्र वितरित किए गए।

Broadcasted live on D Sport for the very first time across the country, in the first edition of DPL, 20 teams participated with each team consisting of 19 players. A total of 380 players participated with the tournament lasting for 18 days, every weekend
