Demand for Bandra Terminus to be renamed

Mumbai. Sahyog Broadguage Pravasi Trust’s National President Mohd. Kalamuddin Mansuri has urged the govt and railways to rename Bandra Terminus to Mohd Rafi Terminus. He has written them a letter asking for concrete steps on renaming.

He also urged a superfast train to Gorakhpur. “This is the place of Mohd. Rafi who earned a name worldwide. We should remember him. And Gorakhpur requires 2 superfast trains as people travelling to the place suffer like herds. One should be via Varanasi and the other should be via Lucknow. This should bring down the problems for the commuters,” says Mr. Kalamuddin Mansuri.
